She I had been waiting for my prescription medication to come in, but I never once received a phone call from CVS to advise that it did not come in, and that was twice I might add! I even waited two extra days in between every time.

Not all pharmacies are created equally, even within the same franchise chain. The CVS in Target, on Robert C Daniel Parkway, by far surpasses others in the Augusta area. All of the staff I have encountered in this pharmacy are courteous, knowledgable,, pleasant and ready to assist without the attitude often experienced when a customer/patron asks questions.Thank you for being CUSTOMER CARE oriented. IT MATTERS.

Do not spoke to Robin she is not a qualified technician. she doesnot have any clue or empathy to patients condition. She doen not need to work in a patient care environment. She acts a a robot.
