Each time I visit CVS, the staff is very cordial and polite as well as professional. Understanding that quality is a priority, being patient and respectful of others is important and paramount !!.

My wife and I get a number of medications through CVS. They send us a notification that they are ready for pickup, but there is often a long wait at the pickup window, which is also often closed. Just closed, covered over, no explanation. You go inside and of course there is a long line. And they discuss your personal information, at both the window or the counter, and you have to yell your details so everyone can hear, HIPAA would be shocked at these privacy violations. But we have TriCare so we can't choose another pharmacy. CVS got the contract, so here we are, but we used to use Walmart and really liked them. I recommend another pharmacy if you can do so!

Great customer service. Staff was professional knew the product very well. Pleasant atmosphere, store clean. Great sales on product and was able to use my CVS reward.

Has gone downhill fast in recent years. The line at the pharmacy is always long & slow. They've boarded up the drive-thru, so I imagine it'll never be open again. I went to pick up a medication on a Saturday that I was alerted to being ready on the previous Thursday. Got to the counter, cashier said it was unavailable. ???? After TWO DAYS?? Bffr. The store itself is trashy & stinks. I probably wouldn't get any vaccinations here, based on cleanliness alone. Customer service is lacking. Pretty sure this CVS is on its way to closure.

Best Pharmacy in the area. The staff is very friendly. There is no wait. The pharmacy technicians pay very close attention to detail. I even received my COVID-19 vaccine here. I'm very pleased with this pharmacy, as well as the staff in the store. I would give them 10 starts if I could.

Above all CVS represents brands that are highly recommend, yes, CVS can be pricey! I enjoyed my time while shopping and the checkout employee is a sweetheart

If you want your medication on time! I suggest you go elsewhere. I literally called in my meds 2 days ago in still not ready.. if you want to wait in line for hours and hours every single time you go to this pharmacy, go right ahead. I will be changing my pharmacy ASAP

I returned an out of date beef and cheese snack, the associate helping me removed the rest from the shelf and I purchased 2 small ones with the refund. I feel like I should of been given atleast 1 of them free, it is an inconveinence I had to go back before I intended to and could of became ill if I ate it, luckily I noticed the discolored cheese before I opened.

They need to answer their phone and stop picking up and hanging up when you call. Staff is not professional. I`ve been using CVS for 30 years but this location on Windsor Spring Road has convinced me to move all my prescription to Walgreens!!

The drive thru is never open. Even when you prescriptions are ready you have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes in the long lines. This CVS is extremely slow.

I love this location. The manager, I forgot her name, is very helpful and friendly. Every time, we enter the store and go straight to the checkout line, she will have my pictures ready. She is awesome. I will update this review when I get her name. ???
