We came to the drive-thru at 10:20 pm and no one acknowledged us after 1-2 mins, might want to change the hours listed if you’re not open until 10:30 pm. We come to this location a good bit after dinner and were disappointed in the lack of service.

We purchased a meal combo that included ice cream in a cone. The young girl had NO GLOVES ON and her hands were all over the cone that was suppose to be eaten. While she had the cone with ice cream on it she used the same hand to operate and talk on a screen. Then she grabbed a bunch of napkins and wrapped it around the cone to hand it to me. I said you guys dont use gloves to handle food that is suppose to be eaten. And she and the cashier just looked at me confused and dumbfounded . She asked if I still wanted the ice cream cone or if I wanted it in a cup. I asked my passenger what they wanted to do and they replied cup. They gave it to me in the cup. The cashier was nice up until I called them out for not wearing gloves. She silently handed the food to the window and I said thank you. Im sure that they will be happy to know I will NEVER be coming back to this particular DQ. I am disgusted and it is the law that any person that directly touches food to be consumed is to wear gloves!

Walked in and the entire restaurant smelled like weed. Staff was definitely high as a kit and not friendly or talkative. Terrible experience.

Got a mint brownie blizzard, they can't even mix the ice cream properly. An 1/8 of it was mint and basically a cup vanilla. Dairy Queen sucks man ? still ate it though cuz I'm not throwin out an $8 cup of vanilla ice cream.

During the early day time the service is a little better but I have to give it an honest score because the service sucks at night when I go. I usually go around 8pm and get ice cream for me and my family, they never get my order right and when I do get food it's not fresh. One time I spent about 42 bucks and EVERTHING was nasty and old, nothing was fresh I had to turn around and come all the way back to make them cook everything fresh and bevause they never gave me a receipt they tried to act like they didn't just serve me 5 to 7 minutes prior, finally they made my order over but I had a bitter feeling about them every since. The owners should really hire better management for the night position or have one of their workers from the day work at night to keep the same service all day because I love diary queen, especially their tenders but I don't trust them much!!! Just be careful when ordering from them during the evening/night time. It's a bunch of young kids that don't really Care.. As I can see by the reviews this business is going down bad and it's because they are choosing to hire kids for cheap labor and not have to pay out what should be paid to workers. Clearly those kids that work there know that they aren't getting paid anything and is doing the job they feel they are being paid to do which is stand around and half clean. Please please please do better manager of this facility. There are lots of people that love to come to have their favorite ice cream. Start caring again because right now no one clearly cares. And if you don't want to hire better people at night, close down, you're actually losing money anyway when they come in and make people feel uncomfortable to order. I usually like going to this particular Dairy Queen but this time the food was TERRIBLE. I had three orders of fries and they were ALL old and stale like they had been sitting out for a few hours. I also ordered a vanilla ice cream to which there was small pieces of cotton throughout the whole ice cream. My family and I could not even finish our meal. Nothing was edible.

I went through, seemed like there was no manager. Just four teenagers. Two were on their phones in front of the window and the other two were dancing around. They got my order wrong the first time and when I finally got my correct ice cream, the ice cream was spoiled. It tasted rotten. Didn’t go back to get new ice cream because if they didn’t care to check their products the first time. Plus these white chunks were in my Choco brownie extreme. Which doesn’t come with anything white…

I have to brag on this Dairy Queen and the staff inside!! I had the best tasting chicken, most fresh, non runny gravy, polite staff, quick service experience here!!!! I don't know bout y'all but I get so sick of paying the prices we're all paying for fast food and when it gets to me it is cold, old and disgusting! This was the complete opposite and the staff inside did an amazing, well coordinated job!!! Will absolutely go back and thank you fellers!!?
