Dead Media Collectibles is a store with a great selection of movies on DVD, Blu-ray, VHS, and Laserdisc, as well as comic books from the silver age to modern, and toys from the 1970s to present day. The film genres include horror, sci-fi, foreign, film noirs/classics, anime, and wrestling. There are also lots of other fun collectibles, including original posters, magazines, and a highly respectable selection of retro games. Prices start at $1. It is a very small location, a humble affair with stuff densely packed, but it has something for everyone. The owners are working in the store, and they and the staff are friendly, professional, and communicate with customers. They give amazing customer service, are courteous, and obviously know their stuff. The store is considered one of the top three toy shops and a lovely little nook of all things physical media. It is a must visit for collectibles, with good prices and great hard to find stuff. They sell games for their market value, so don't expect bargains. They only hand out electronic receipts. The store is located at 2128 Central Ave, Augusta, Georgia, and hours are Monday through Saturday 11:30 to 6:30pm.
My entire comic collection and most of my VHSs came from this store. Constantly growing stock and friendly owners make every visit an absolute treat. Small location, but I've never felt more comfortable looking for something new to read

Awesome place! I went in to browse their DVDs and they had an incredible selection! Their comic book selection was even bigger, and I will definitely be coming back with my comic-loving friends to check it out.

I went there in August to purchase vinatage gi joe action figures for my brother's 50th birthday . They were so friendly and helpful. After hours in the store looking at all the neat stuff they had . I decided on some cool Star Wars pieces. When my brother received my gifts he was like a kid all over again . Thank you
