Whoever their manager is does not follow corporate policy the exchange policy states you can exchange an item without a receipt for an item of equal value or a gift card and this was confirmed by customer service as I called them it’s 2024 who the hell is keeping up with paper receipts ? I didn’t ask for money back I asked to exchange a box a diapers for another size , I purchased from family dollar before and had a similar situation where I needed to switch them and they did it with no problem all the workers in here always have attitudes and never want to check you out anyway I’ll stick to family dollar where somebody is always on a register I don’t get paid for self checkout !

I purchased 3 creamers from this store it was the clover store brand italian sweet cream when I opened the first bottle I made my coffee took a sip and all I could taste was soap or some other chemical I then proceeded to check the other 2 bottles which all had the same chemical taste this is not the first time I have bought dairy products with a chemical taste either I know Shame on me. Now I took the creamers back to the store and I did not have a receipt so I knew I most likely wasn't getting a refund but more than anything I wanted to report the issue with the creamers as it had made me sick whatever it was and I was attempting to prevent anyone else from getting sick. The salesperson who helped me was extremely rude! The entire time I was there she even went so far as laughing at me while I was speaking about what happened she then got her manager on the line and continued laughing while explaining what was going on it was very unprofessional. The response i got was you dont have a receipt so I don't know what you want me to do about it while laughing on the phone .Don't buy dairy products from the clover brand they are not safe

They have self service register that requires cashier to sign in to open..... meaning of you have 1 item and cart in front of you has 30 items cashier will not sign into self service register until she completed task of ringing up person with 30 items. Why have a self service lane if the cashier doesn't keep it open? Oxy morans

Online it said they close at 10 and they closed at 9:44pm and I rushed here for my daughter night pull ups and door was closed no sign calling district management tomorrow .....

Went to checkout today and was told by a very rude young woman that she would not ring me up and I would have to self checkout!!! A gentleman came in for cigs and she came up and waited on him and said it was gecause he bought cigs..then the self checkout wouldn't work and when she screamed across store for Brittany, who I guess is manager supposedly came up, complained because it hadn't worked today and I walked out and told them I was not being paid to do their work and I was completely humiliated
