Cashier is rude and wouldn't let me use the restroom and said it's not for customers and only for employees. When the door clearly states to "please see associate for restroom key" and the girl's name was Kierra. I was told by another employee its the manager that tells them to say that. I'm confused though because I am in there quite frequently and have seen many MANY people use the bathroom with no problems. But it's a public bathroom and there's two??? So I don't understand the issue.

This store has the worst customer service. There is a lady there with short hair that I think may be the manager. She leaves often even when she’s the only person there to go outside & I’ve had to wait for her to come back to be checked out. This opens the door to theft and horrible customer service. She never speaks. She never greets. She will hold conversations on the phone before she assists you. Just a horrible location. The location on 2820 Joy rd.

Add your items up before checkout and check your receipts. Yesterday night I went in and purchased 8 items, I was charged an extra item. I went back in the clerk checked the items I purchased last night and none of the items came up to match the items price after ringing them up again to check them she then told me to check with the manager tomorrow because the receipt didn't print clearly from the machine, prices were visible and the last of the NSN only. I checked in with the manager today Dec 19, 2021, she told me nonthing she could do..she did not even attempt to check them. I checked the prices in the store, none of them matched the extra item I was charged for. The reason I checked the receipt is because half of it was missing but the rear numbers and last digits of the NSN was there. It happened to a guy about 2 days before he caught it before leaving the store though. Never had a issue there before untle I decided to check the receipt. At least the clerks were always friendly I'm not sure if I will go back though.

Usually I enjoy my shopping in the store,but today, extremely loud rap music was blasting with "m.f. this and m.f. that along with the N word. Not ok Not acceptable at all. This is a family store. Not a private bar. I don't know who was working that had this going on but you need to correct this
