My favorite DG!!!! Your manager Kim is SOOOO helpful and friendly!!! The store is always clean and I can find everything I’m looking for!! I I have several Dollar General’s near me, but we drive to this one every day of the week because of Kim!!!

I was made to feel very unsafe here by one of your male employees right when you opened this morning. He followed me around the store all the way up until i left. He wasn’t even in proper uniform either.

It's Dollar General. Always a mess.. but they all are. Not enough employees to stock and run the front and loss prevention and customer service.. they understaff all of them.

This is unbelievable ,i placed an online order today. Called the store the gentleman said"hello" i said is this dollar general ? I asked the employee would anyone be able to start on my order that is scheduled to be ready between 7-8pm. He stated that's above his pay grade and he will not complete by order. I asked for a manager and he stated he is the lead and no one is available . Then he hung up in my face .This is poor customer services and i would like a full refund. I went inside the store after my shift tonight and i was curious if they were out stock or it was something else due to not fulfilling my order but behold my items were fully stocked . I would have just purchased them right then and there but i would not be able to use my coupons.There were two men working tonight , one Caucasian and one African American .

Janice is the type of employee every company would love to have. In spite of many obstacles, she never once lost her composure. I have been to the majority of Dollar General stores within 15 minute range, and she is THE exception. Please treasure this exceptional person! Your loyal customers do!
