Nice large dsw. Not as much of a big kids sneaker selection as I had hoped. I still love dsw vip specials and coupons and convenience of online ordering or pick up.

If a place is open why not answer the phone I live 35 miles from Augusta not going to drive down there if they don't have the shoes I want and the sizes . I guess this store just like the rest of the businesses just sorry and lazy

Great service, cashier was friendly and checked shoes before ringing them up. Store was clean and well laid out, easy shopping experience.

Caution when ordering online. I received 2 different sizes on the same pair of boots. Return, replacement and customer service was a nightmare. Overseas customer service is a nightmare. Will not order online again.

Edited to add: I came back in and worked with Carter. He is extremely kind and smiles at you as soon as you come in. Some of the best customer service I’ve had in the area, coming from Carter!Extremely rude female associate not wearing a name tag, unfortunately. Rude comments and extremely judge mental facial expressions towards other customers when they weren’t looking.
