Poor customer service, I’ve been looking for the pair of shoes I found in that store for months and when I took her the shoe she ignored me helping people that walked up after I did and then without even looking told me we don’t have them. I’ve spent so much money in that store this year but never again

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!!
YOUNG LADY WITH THE BRAIDS DIDN'T ANSWER MY QUESTION NOR DID SHE ASSIST ME WITH AN ALTERNATIVE PAIR OF SHOES, SO I JUST RETURNED THEM.
EVERYBODY ON THE PHONE OR TALKING TO THEIR FRIENDS THAT COME IN TO DISCUSS WHAT CLUB THEY GOING TO OR WHERE THEY ARE GOING FOR THE NIGHT.
NO ONE IS ACKNOWLEDGING PEOPLE STANDING AT THE COUNTER WAITING FOR HELP OR IF THEY NEED ANYTHING.
NO ONE HELPING CUSTOMERS OUT ON THE FLOOR LOOKING AT MERCHANDISE IF THEY NEED ASSISTANCE.
JUST VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
THEY DIDN'T KNOW IF I WAS A BUYER OR THEIR NEW MANAGER OR OF I WAS A SHOE CRITIC
JUDGING THEM ON PERFORMANCE
THEY GET A ?? VERY DOWN FOR ME.
NOT GOING BACK !!

My wife and I GREATLY APPRECIATE, the customer service we recieved from LeToria ( Sales Person) !!!! She was able to find a shoe that we wanted to purchase even though it was awkward size for this style of shoe and she did it with Great Smile!!!!! Brandon (Store Manager) was a Great as well, I will be visiting this establishment again!!!!!!!!

When I tell you my family is in love with this store. I mean it. The shoes are great quality sure. But it's the service that really does it for me. I have a 5yr old son and a 1yr old daughter and when I tell you my kids are a handful. They are. But the associates ESPECIALLY Dextania GOT ON THE FLOOR TO PLAY WITH MY KID! Not only did she work with us to find the best shoes, but she also made my daughter feel like a million bucks. So thank you DTLR for everything you did and absolutely making our day. We will be back soon ❤️

Horrible service I actually contacted the location today October 2, 2020 the young lady who picked up the phone is very unprofessional basically spoke to me as if I was a child. It’s really sad because she barely sound like she graduated from third grade but at the end of the day ignorance comes in all forms but this location definitely needs to get some proper training! I’ll definitely be calling corporate because no customers should be treated or spoken to in that demeanor
