I've been renting from Enterprise for many many years! It's the best place to go for all of your rental needs! They have the best customer service and they have the best deals! Every rental comes with unlimited mileage with no additional cost, and they have a great selection of cars to choose from! Nobody does it better!

I went back to Enterprise on Gordon Hwy again today to get a smaller truck that would be less expensive out off my pocket while my truck is in the shop. Due to the horrible storm we had in Sept trucks are far and few between, BUT Jacob Gray pulled his 2nd rabbit out of his hat to help me get in a comfortable truck for the 2nd time in a week. I can not stress enough how much of a help he has been for me. HIGHLY recommend contacting Jacob on the commercial truck side if ever need a truck while your truck is out of commission. Thanks again Jacob for all your hard work and meeting my vehicle needs while also dealing with the difficulty insurance company to make things less stressful for me!!! I hope your management sees this!!!!

The employees at this location were good, but limits on the availability when being forced to exchange a vehicle that needed to have its oil changed.

I was very pleased with the service I received from enterprise on Gordon Hwy. In Augusta,GA the office personnel were very polite and had my rental ready to go when I arrived,thank you for that,I had know problems with the rental and over all I had a nice trip,I will use Enterprise again for my next trip.
