Please do not rent from this location they call me twice to tell me to be at the location at 8am to pick up a vehicle. I took a lift there at 8 am just for them to tell me rudely “who told you to come up here, don’t you see there is hardly any cars out there” I reserved a car two days before it wasn’t the small girl it’s was the bigger lady with the dreads. I always have problems with location please try to avoid this location

This location on Washington Road was very good at being patient and understanding. Out of no where my SuV had to go into the shop. Right in the middle of Holiday shopping and travel. With it happening after a major storm in Georgia. The smiles and patients made a big difference. I drive a Lincoln and was given equal to the space I needed with the Grand Waggoner. I definitely would recommend here at this location.

This office has been terrible. My daughter was supposed to get a van last week the little girl that works the counter has been nothing but rude to her. Just today she was standing in line ahead of another lady and the girl wouldn't even look at her and tried her best to wait on the other lady but thankfully that lady was a nice person and said she was before me. They told her at noon they had no vans she called insurance back and they sent her back it was no more than 45 minutes and it was a miracle they had 3 vans on the lot. I would never use this office. Management really needs to step in.

In my 51 years of life and many many car rentals and experiences with rental car representatives I have never been treated the way I was treated at the Washington road location and Brandy J. Hurt the assistant branch manager. Long story short discovered bugs crawling in the car and on me. Ms. Hurt and her employee insinuated that the bugs came from me and asked where I parked the car. I explained no insects in my garage invaded the rental car. The manager advised me that I was unhappy and to have a good day. I was only offered a vehicle in the next day or 2. The was set up as a corporate rental. All the employees that I interacted with were very rude. One employee I went to show the bugs said she was more worried about the car than me. I tried to remind her that I was the customer. Enterprise appears to be scrapping the bottom of the barrel if this is how customers are treated. No ride home no offer I HAD TO LEAVE ON FOOT AND GET A RIDE HOME. Now waiting on a call from regional manager as I report a complaint thru the fleet service my company uses.
