Never called. Never rang the doorbell. Just left my package in the middle of the road. When I called they told me that my drive way had a “hill” and they couldn’t deliver. My driveway does not have a hill. My side yard does. THE WORST company.

Worst delivery services ever must be owned by out of country owners because it took the operator thirty minutes to pull up file with file number. At that time the driver showed up no notice and tried to curb side drop off at end of long driveway. No notice for early delivery because they will try you not at home for this type of no notice no signature deliver

I would give this place a negative stars if I could, we bought a shed they shipped it through them, we waited over a month for it they shipped it all over the state if Georgia and Florida then they lost it, now we have to file a claim to recover our 1800 dollars back!!!

Asked that pallet being delivered be placed on left side of garage. Delivery person places pallet on right side of garage. Notified local office of situation, was informed that they would send someone out to place pallet in correct location as to not block in vehicle parked in garage. Pallet was moved a few feet away from garage door. Notified Estes corporate office of situation. After telling the corporate representative the situation, I was placed on hold and passed off to local office again.

I scheduled a delivery of over $1500 worth of merchandise. The lady with Esties, took my phone number and stated it would be between 12-4, that the driver would call first and it would be closer to 4:00. I arrived home at 12:10 and this is how I found the delivery. I called and spoke with a manager named Alex. He blamed the driver not calling, on the company I ordered it from. He stated they took my number down incorrectly. When I told him the scheduler stated it would be closer to 4:00, he basically called me a liar stating he hears her make appointments and she never says that to anyone. We have had so many deliveries by large trucks, never had any problems. The driver told the company he couldn’t get down the driveway. Alex never apologized. He just kept stating they only do curbside delivery. HORRIBLE service.

Such a pleasure to deal with. After 3 other LTL carriers couldn’t deliver to my disabled mothers home, Estes came through! Corey Bosarge was the driver and just did an amazing job. He was so nice to her. Thank you Estes Express! The other carriers could really learn a lot from you guys

Cannot deliver large items. I ordered a large item from Home Depot. Home Depot shipped via ESTES. I spoke with a representative at the Augusta ESTES terminal who told me they cannot deliver the order because it is too heavy for their lift gates. That's not my problem. A shipping company should not accept shipments they cannot deliver. I was promised delivery and they can't deliver.

I ordered a large item online and Estes Express was the carrier for my delivery. At every part of the transit, I received an email update. The local office gave me a delivery appointment and the driver was right on time. What a great guy! Very helpful and friendly. I look forward to doing business with Estes again.
