Had a time critical suit cleaning, they promised it would be ready in time and failed. Ended up having to rent a suit for a funeral. Won’t be using them again.

Evans Dry Cleaners consistently provides excellent service. It’s perfect for anyone with a busy schedule. As a real estate agent serving the Augusta, GA area, quick turnaround is important, and getting a text notification when my clothes are ready makes pickup effortless and helps keep my week on track. The staff are always friendly and efficient, and the text alerts are a real convenience for professionals on the go.

They were fast, friendly, and reasonable prices but I think they need to touch up on military uniforms. Took my navy dress blues and there was crisp creases in the pants and there isn’t supposed to be any creases. Then the crease on the dress top was off centered. I had used them for my dress whites a year and a half ago and they looked fantastic.Service: Clothes pressing

Only 2 ratings on Yelp, 1 bad 1 great. Google highly rated. I called to verify if they could do a next day on my suit, my fault procrastinated. I was told bring it in and they would try to get it done, no later than the next day. To my surprise, 5 hours later it was done , no issues. Also all the staff was very pleasant. I don't use dry cleaners a lot, but if needed, I have no issues returning.

I urge you to to seek service from a different cleaners. They popped off the top button from one of my shirts, pressed wrinkles into several of my other dress shirts, and stained a $100 white dress shirt of mines. I took the white dress shirt back twice and they didn’t remove the stain. With the stain remaining, due to their negligence, they shrugged their shoulders saying there is no more they can do and gave me a $10 credit. The owner told me that is the best they can do through his front desk clerk. The service is poor and any mistakes they make, they make excuses for instead of taking responsibility and ensuring you get what you pay for. Over the course of 7 days, I went back on 3 occasions to address my issues and they were not resolved. My shirt still has a stain in it and other items I have, have creases from the horrible pressing job they did.

Dry cleaning services. I appreciate the overall experience, especially the friendly environment created by Christina, during my last visit. Evans Cleaners provides a commitment to the needs of the customer. I will definitely continue my support to their business.
