Purchased a Groupon for a massage, after several attempts to schedule an appointment (all phone numbers are disconnected and I couldn't get a response via Facebook messenger although I could see they had all been read) I decided to go there in person. The owner told me they no longer offer massages and told me she would refund me in one day. I waited a couple days and still haven't received a refund and the owner will not message me back even though she is reading my messages.
