I love swinging by express for the latest deals. They don't always have a must-have, or the right size for me, but the staff has always been pleasant, the dressing rooms are spacious, and the store is clean.

I have been a die hard fan of Express pants for about a decade now. The past 2 purchases from this store the zipper has come undone by the 2nd wear. Since the tags are off they won’t take them back or exchange them. Poor quality/poor service now ? time for a new brand!Edit to say that I have already wasted my time calling the number Express says to call and they said they only deal with online purchases and I have to go to the store for help. Store refuses to help!

I came in with my husband looking for work clothes. He has an odd sizing in clothing, but he was able to find some nice shirts.The male employee was also very helpful and the cashier was as well. We had a very pleasant shopping experience.

I've liked the look and design of this clothing store for a while. What I don't like and never will is the blatant overpriced "it must be worth it, it's expensive" attitude conveyed by their image. Again, the clothing looks nice, but a suit jacket for $250+ and a t-shirt for $40+ doesn't strike me as fashion so much as it's robbery. Wait for their sales... makes it less painful.

This place only maintains a 5 star rating because I don't complain about the price tags... Most of the time I can find something trendy and comfortable on CLEARANCE...The associates are always friendly, VERY knowledgeable & helpful. The store is usually very neat and tidy!! HINT for SHOPPERS: I avoid buying anything that isn't as close to %100 COTTON as possible... or the integrity of the clothes won't last more than about 6 months to a year depending on how much you wear it!!!

A little trendy for me but the shopping experience is great. The staff is quite courteous and eager to help. If your I to new fashion this would be your place to shop. Right now they do have a great sale going on, so hurry in for the best selection and deals.
