The Front office staff was professional. The only thing I didn’t like was a lock ($19.99) is added to your order if you complete a reservation online. I was able to return it and receive a credit but still a slight inconvenience after moving. In addition, you are required to have the lock on your person if you come on site to reserve a storage. If not, you’ll be charged $19.99 as well. For someone it may be okay but I had several locks and preferred it be optional. I understand wanting to make a sale but don’t do it at the convenience of your customers.

Not only did I get an email in April stating that my unit was broken into, but they never followed up 48 hours after sending the email to check and see if I need a new lock, didn't offer me footage of the break in or anything, wish people would do their job better but, here we are

I’m leaving a 5 star for service members of cubesmart. We had no problems with them. The reason for our departure is the price. The price seems to creep up everytime you turn around. Doesn’t feel good to feel like you’re being tipped off. Like why would the price need to go up so often? We understand some increase, wow. Service was great though.
