PHENOMENAL hotel. Great service. Much better and classier clientele than what you see at other hotels in the area (mainly the Hampton Inn (not a good spot!)).

Like a bed & breakfast, we're greeted by name the second entering the lobby! Our wonderful upgraded room was assigned & ready... so refreshing for tired travelers. Nice to walk to Pho Viet, Doc's Porch & Reinhardt Oysters for dining.

This hotel is amongst the newer hotels in Augusta. Not necessarily fond of its location, but it is located in an area where you can get to local spots, shopping, downtown, and North Augusta, pretty quickly. The staff are great. They are always smiling and welcoming when they see you. The rooms can be a bit cleaner. I requested daily room cleaning, and they only came once over 4 days i was there. I was visited by a roach one nite, walking across the ceiling. Completely unexpected compared to most Marriott properties I stay at. Breakfast was pretty good at the hotel. I am a sucker for fresh baked cookies, which the staff put out nightly. I would probably stay here again if i needed to, but it would not be my 1st or 2nd choice. Travel Safe.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. The front desk remembered me. Which felt so nice. Breakfast was wonderful . The beds let’s talk about comfortable Beauty Rest beds they have and amazing fluffy soft pillows. They have a pool it’s not a large pool but there is one with a lot of safety features deepest part is just over 5ft deep so it’s super safe for little ones . There are stairs and a ladder on each side of the deeper end of the pool. They even have a pool chair for disabled persons to enter the pool. They also provide towels for the pool. The location is superb for dining and shopping . I can honestly say I’ll always stay at a Fairfield . Fairfield makes you feel at home.Rooms: Luxurious has everything but a safe in the room. Plenty of water pressure in shower . Love the toiletries the provide ( body wash that doubles as bubble bath for the kids ) Netflix TV.Safety: Emergency button at the pool , stairs at each end of the hotel for fire safety.Food & drinks: They have lots of snacks and beverages for purchase right by front desk. Breakfast is set up across from a large dining area. Complete with fresh coffee , self serve waffle maker , various hot food like breakfast sandwiches, muffins, cereal , milk , juice , oatmeal, the list goes on. They really go above and beyond.Noteworthy details: Quiet , amazing staff , the pool gate key card readers were broken so they put cardboard in the gate to keep it open for us which was really nice of them. I checked out at 12, but was still able to use the pool for the day .

Wedding guests stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites at Washington Rd. Augusta, GA for 3 nights. All the guests raved about the hotel, cleanliness, staff courtesy, food, and overall experience. I highly praise Kelsey for making the process of booking, check in and check out, and any adjustments easy and efficient! The hotel was an ideal place for the wedding guests to visit and celebrate.

I stayed here this past weekend and had no issues with the place. The only problem I have is that I realized that I forgot my laptop in the room after I had checked out and called the front desk to see whether the house keeping people had turned it in. Michael informed me that there was no laptop turned in and even went to check to see if it was still in my room. He didn’t find it and said that he would bring it up in the meeting tomorrow to see if anyone came forward about the issue. Someone from housekeeping must have the laptop because I can see that the last activity on the device was yesterday at 10:34am. I was already checked out and on the road by then so it has to be someone who found it and accessed it. I thought that people who have some human decency would report and turn in something that is not rightfully theirs. Hoping that Michael can assist me with tracking down where it is.**Update**I never received my laptop, and no one from the hotel ever followed up with me. So bottom line is, in case you have something that comes up missing, do not except them to assist you with finding it.

The staff at this establishment gets 5 stars from me. Every person I met there was super friendly and helpful. I probably chatted 10 to 15 minutes with each staff member from the front desk receptionist to the maids and even the grounds keeper. I'll definitely be staying there on my next vacation. Felt like staying with family.

The hotel is nice and clean. Looks to be taken care of well. The people are very nice. The location is in kinda a bad spot. But once your on the property they have it well lit at night and a privacy fence around the hotel. It's a pretty quiet hotel overall which is very nice. I have been back 3 times now.Rooms: I had an upgrade each time and the room is clean and quiet and nice.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Other Mariots we have stayed at this far have been fine, but our service and room at this one was horrendous. We first walked in and they took a ridiculously long time to get us ready. Their arguement was that “their system was down” which I understand. It took them forever to get our room ready although we had a reservation, and it took so long that we ended up going out and eating while we waited. After that, when we went to go to our room, SOMEONE WAS ALREADY THERE! and no, it wasn’t cleaning crew. We went to the front desk and told them, and they gave us a new key and the woman at the front desk said “oh yeah 2 queens” even though that WAS NOT what we wanted. After that when we finally reached our room, it was grimy and had some weird stains. Very disappointed, would NOT stay again.

Three very nice nights at this hotel. The room was ckean, very quiet and nicely appointed. This hotel has worked hard define its quality and safety above the surrounding hotels. The hotel's common areas were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There are numerous food options nearby and a 15 minute or less drive downtown to other options and entertainment. The traffic getting out of the hotel can be busy at times and especially slow if turning left. Convenient to both down town and uptown VA hospital and clinics. Plan to stay here next time in Augusta.Rooms: The rooms were very nice and clean. No signs of wear and tear and very up to date features like lots of power outlets and charging ports.
