I suffer from a 85 percent healing of a torn rotatator cuff and shortness of breath due to fibroids issues. On 2-28-2025 after spending almost 3 months in the house I decided to get household products. As I was entering the door it sprung back and hit me in my arm with the shoulder I had surgery. The manager saw tthis ,instead of asking was I okay, she was like oh it is a sign on the other door (and rolled her eyes.)
Not only that I tried to explain to the other cashier I have health issues. She wanted to put me out the door. I called police and did a report because after all it was their door that sprung back and hit me.

It's a nice big store, customer service is non existent. But the cashier's for the most part are professional and friendly.

The worst store ever people sleeping on the porch they take an whole hour to 30 minutes to ring you up today has been the second time I've stop to try to shop at this store and they are very rude the toothless lady name Ms Mary is lost or on sum I am so mad I will never stop at this store again

Today is Thursday 11:52 am my wife and I just left there about 15 mins ago,1st time since reopening,never again,the same rudeness as b4,to be clear it was the cashier,the lady that was in charge who worked at the bstore b4 tried to make it right but it was too late our minds were made up not to tolerate behavior like that...to whom it may concern I just thought that you should know....

The floors are stained and the shelves are missing quite a bit of stock. Maybe they're changing things around. The staff were professional.
