The worst family dollar store I've ever visited. Nasty and the staff are rude. Stay away from this one for sure.

I believe we try as a team and as part of the community to get the customer what they need and on their day with a nice space of peace in heart and mind my name is James I work as a cashier also on the floor keeping the stock right I pray everybody who come through the store have a Great Day and trust we do everything we can to serve you as told lately if you are reading this hope you had a great day and believe that the doors may close at 9:45 as said before

8/10/24 I found everything that I needed. The prices were good.
I asked the cashier where an item was. The cashier told me where item is. She was friendly and helpful.

This store is convenient because it's closest to my business, but it's workers along with management needs work. The young man that works there tries to help. The female worker is so-so alongside the female manager also, they're not helpful and want to have a slight attitude if you ask them for assistance or anything. I called the store for assistance (refund never refunded for overcharge) she said hold then hung up and left the receiver off. Takes away from a good customer experience dealing with workers who don't want to do their job.

This review is for the store on the corner of Rosier Rd and Peach Orchard Rd. I come here every few months or so and have been for about 3 years. The cashiers are 50/50 on politeness and good customer service. Once I was there and never got a hello, thank you, good bye, or anything. Awkward and a bit racist. I'm not white or black. Just mixed up with some Asian and when I was leaving the cashier had no voice problem with the black man behind me. So, there's that. I didn't come back to that store for about 6 months. My mother has to be in a wheelchair. She likes to get out and shop too. This store has absolutely NO room for wheelchair accessibility or if you are slightly overweight, forget it! I've NEVER seen this store clean. EVER! The pictures I uploaded were taken on Tuesday August 15 at 2:09pm. The cashier was the only employee I saw while there. She was friendly enough, but I wish their corporate office could see why I'm done coming here. Not one aisle was clear. It was hard for me to maneuver through all that and if I had my mother w/me, we would've had to go somewhere else that I could roll her wheelchair. Also, if you work there or are affiliated with them in any way and want to defend all the boxes being everywhere and want to say they were in the middle of stocking... they've been stocking for 3 years? Ridiculous. The flea market is cleaner and more organized than this place.

These ppl in the store are nasty and ghetto they don’t wanna work and the store is always messy the prices are never right the shelves are always empty u can barely walk around like what kinda place is this the Manger he's never no where to be found awful staff

The absolute worst!!!! The store opens and closes at anytime. It’s very junky in there and sometimes isles barely stocked. Customer service is at an all time low there…. Honestly surprised it’s still open. They need to do better or shut it down.

The worst family dollar I have ever been in. I live right down the road and it's the only one around me so I go there alot. The store is always messy the shelves are always empty. The cashier's are always on there phones very rude getto acting people.seems like they will hire just anyone body.

This Manger needs to be fired every pice in this store is wrong I had more than 30 items and every price on them was different from on the shelf things was ringing up way more than what the shelf says they store is always messy this is the only family dollar that barely have stuff on the shelves the cashier called her self want to cuss at me because I told her that's not what the price says on the shelf so yes I got rude back with her I gave her the same energy right back to her the store Manger chuck is never in there to do anything with the staff or the store this is ridiculous

Just left this nasty place the prices are not correct on the shelves this cashier got rude about the situation so I gave her the same energy she gave me right back to her I have worked and retired from family dollar their is nothing you can't tell me about the company the store is always messy its the only one in town that never has nothing the shelves are always empty no matter what time of day it is the store Manger Chuck is just there for a pay check because ain't no way every other store in town is packed with stuff and this is just empty they might as well go out of business you can barely walk around with tripping over something will not be going back to this place
