“Initial greeting from 1st individual was terrible, she couldn’t get my name right, nor was she kind. She spoke to me with a tone when I asked her if my correct name was on the papers in her hand, her reply was there wasn’t a name on the papers. I refuse her offer for a flu shot, I didn’t want her to touch me. The PA was very kind, compassionate and caring.”
