Never answer the phone and they keep removing my child from the program because I keep getting different info. I called 20 times and they need to fire Samantha because she never answers the phone and removing people when payments are made

Children were yelled at and subsequently the children were afraid of the lead teacher. She was more like a drill sergeant. I wouldn't let my kids go to prime time.

The Family Y runs a great program and has such a positive impact on the CSRA. They are community focused and you can tell that staff care at every level.
