I don’t usually leave reviews but I couldn’t hold this one back. I contacted FASTSIGNS of Augusta a few months ago wanting a sign made for our business and I know these things take a little time so weeks passed and I still couldn’t get a quote. I called again after 3 weeks thinking they forgot about me and it seems like they did. So a week later they send out this guy named Melvin to get details from me about our sign. I felt like we made a step towards a quote but unfortunately 2 months later they still have been “backed up” to just get me a quote let alone start on the sign. I read the past reviews and it seems they are the best around but in my experience very unprofessional.

I absolute love FastSigns of Augusta!! They have been making my signs now for our business this last 7 months and not only have their signs been posted here in Augusta, they have traveled with me to IN for our properties out there!! I love that they have been taking care of us they way they do and I will continue using them as long as we have properties in our growing portfolio!! A must use company for any sign needs! From start to finish they were great! We had some letters on the side of our building damaged by the hurricane. Melvin came out and gave us an estimate quickly and even dropped off a proof of the actual letters that would go on the building. They were flexible with our schedule and showed up when they said they would. We will definitely use them again if we have future signage needs!
