Very user friendly, solutions oriented, and patient. I didn't feel rushed, but the staff did support my needs purposefully, mindful there were others waiting for service.

A lot of times the package arrives with items are opened and the damaged boxes are re-taped.

Clean shop, lots of space and precautions in place. Staff seems to busy for eye contact, but still get the job done in a timely fashion. Customer friendliness could be improved but over all. A decent experience.
