Very user friendly, solutions oriented, and patient. I didn't feel rushed, but the staff did support my needs purposefully, mindful there were others waiting for service.

Horrible experience everytime never on time nor the virtual assistance answers my questions and when I talk with someone I don't get a direct answer and then hung up on. I always hope for a different service to send me my package instead of FedEx

Clean shop, lots of space and precautions in place. Staff seems to busy for eye contact, but still get the job done in a timely fashion. Customer friendliness could be improved but over all. A decent experience.
