We are Fedex Freight and are an LTL branch of FedEx and deliver palletized less than a trailer load. We don’t deliver individual packages. We are all direct employees of FedEx Corp. FedEx Ground are very hard working subcontractors who deliver individual packages and I apologize for service failures and at the price point are only above Amazon. When you pay for top tier services ie. FedEx Express, FedEx Freight, FedEx Custom Critical, and even a highly respected company like UPS, customer service is the priority.

Purchased an item on Amazon for a birthday and was told the driver couldn’t find the address. Still didn’t arrive the following day because their schedule was too full. Still waiting, Birthday has come and gone.

The most incompetent and lazy drivers I've ever seen across the country! They will drive by your house and never stop to deliver your package! If something is shipping through them, you're better off picking it up yourself or you'll never get it!

Package is still missing, shipped on 11/22. I keep getting the runaround on the location as they have me driving between locations and carrier facility..
Fedex should close, regroup, come up with a logistics plan and execute before trying this again.

Disappointed in FedEx. I ordered a solar generator 30 Sep shipped from Lawrenceville. Today, 7 Oct, I still do not have it. I was told it's on a trailer that will not be unloaded until Thursday, 10, which means I will not get l, probably until the following week. So much for getting power for someone in need.

I'm also making a complaint about missing packages on 13 July. I ordered from Walmart and never received my packages. There's no way that somebody is this retarded and keeps delivering to the wrong address.

Twice in 5 days a wrong delivery in my neighborhood. I’ve was mine delivered to the wrong house today the dropped of a heavy box for someone else, I drove around and spoke to the delivery driver he said he would pick it up, also what’s up with FEDEX this guys pants was below is but, he had a worn out shirt.

Multiple packages missing and they say I signed for them ….. not me never seen them this is the second time they have done this. I hate it our fedex guy is a nice man and our regular shipments always make it but anything not from our frequent shippers and poof missing , but I would pay to know who signed my name to accept them somewhere else. They need to be taught a lesson!
