Rushed over here to get my package, barely got help to find my package even tho it was delivery,
Called customer support just for a back and forth to speak to a rep after finding my tracking number
Over “need your tracking number” just to speak to a rep like if “ups” can get me straight access to a rep but terrible post office vs fedEx tracking number but terrible customer support or help what makes the difference

I strongly advise against using the FedEx location at Robert C Daniel Parkway, especially if you’re sending anything important like a check. My item was rerouted multiple times with no clear explanation, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. When I sought help, the staff gave me a local number to call—but no one ever answers. I was then told to contact customer service, only to be met with representatives who were unhelpful, rude, and had difficulty understanding basic questions in English. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable for a company that claims to specialize in reliable shipping and customer care. Avoid this location if you value your time and peace of mind.

Horrible service, my package was scheduled to be delivered this morning I was home and awake the driver doesn’t even knock on the door for my signature and left a sticker on mailbox saying nobody was home. Piss poor

never had a problem with the staff and i like the weekend hours and late ground pickup times. only gripes are with situational stuff like the doors not auto opening when you have huge packages or have to use the dolly and impossible making a left out of there. parking could be nearer the building, but they're not gonna reconstruct the location based on my suggestions lol

I would like to love this location. It is easy to use kiosk for drop off. The time that I used this location for dropped off service, has 2 associates worked at the counter and had very long lines. When the time passed about 30 mins, one more associate opened another line!
Don’t want to say that the associates in this location are not helpful and friendly. I asked question and got answer with attitude back.

I used to love FEDEX KINKOS, but I went there to fax or mail a document. The employees had me standing at the front counter for about ten minutes while the employees were standing around talking. The employee told me that they couldn't ship an envelope to a post office box and that I had to take it to the Post Office to do that. That is a lie and I will not be going back to this useless place.
