2024-03: I've only utilized this location for dropping off packages to be shipped. Everytime I've gone in, the employees were pleasant and staying busy. I've not used any other aspect of this locations services.

First time using services like this and had to pretty much figure it out on my own. Staff yelled across the store what we needed to do instead of coming over to help. They had no customers they were waiting on. Little frustrating but we did it eventually. I'd go elsewhere next time.

People please beware of this place if you shipping back phone. Use anti tamper tape. They stole my zfold 5 which i was shipping back to Samsung.

Thank you to the team at FedEx for printing my sister’s obituaries. They diligently helped me to get them done and ready for the funeral. They truly saved the day with a less than 24 hour turnaround. I am so pleased with how beautifully they came out. Thank you and God bless you all!!

I recently had the opportunity to utilize FedEx services, and I’d like to share my experience. Overall, it was an average experience, marked by several positive aspects, especially the abundance of employees available to help.One of the standout features of my interaction with FedEx was the number of knowledgeable and helpful employees present. From the moment I walked into their facility, I was greeted by friendly staff members who were ready to assist with any inquiries or concerns. Their willingness to lend a helping hand made navigating the process much smoother and less daunting.When it came to handling my shipment, the employees at FedEx demonstrated a commendable level of expertise. They efficiently processed my package, carefully ensuring its proper handling and secure packaging. It was reassuring to witness their attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the integrity of my shipment.Despite these positive encounters, there were a few areas where my experience with FedEx fell short of expectations. Firstly, the wait times at the facility were longer than anticipated. While there were ample employees, the overall efficiency of the operation could have been improved. The process felt slightly disorganized, resulting in some delays and a less streamlined experience.Another aspect worth mentioning is the online tracking system. While it provided basic updates, I found it somewhat lacking in terms of real-time information and accuracy. It would have been beneficial to have more detailed tracking updates, especially during transit. Long story short this location is so unprofessional and unorganized. I ordered a package beginning of June and it shipped June 14th. Today it was supposed to get delivered and I wasted the whole day waiting on the driver. It clearly shows it was out for delivery too. I decide to look again and it’s like 3pm and they claim they can’t deliver because of “insufficient time”. Keep in mind they have UNTIL the end of the day to deliver. All I got was excuses. Does 3pm seem like the end of the day!? Absolutely not! I had a shipment of a large couch which basically was 6 boxes. Using the excuse of “Insufficient time” knowing you didn’t even attempt to deliver my pages is lazy and unprofessional. I could’ve accepted if maybe the weather was really bad or even the gate being closed but using that excuse instead of giving until the end of the day to deliver my package that I PAID extra for delivery is ridiculous!! Honestly moving forward I’ll stick to UPS because I never had issues with them. This location is very unorganized. Either go to another location or do yourself a favor and stick with UPS.

Janeane, The Assistant manager here is the absolute worst. Whoever promoted her to that position she be terminated along with her. Don't do business here at all. Consider other options.

I come here occasionally to pick up small print projects. This particular day, the Saturday before Easter, I had printed some Easter cards that I wanted to pick up. They closed early this day at 6 and unfortunately due to my schedule I was only able to come pick them up close to closing. I knew I’d be cutting it close but that I could probably make it right at 6. I called and talked to a guy employee (didn’t get his name) but he said he would have it out and ready to “expedite the process”. I told him I’d be there right at 6 and he said ok. The order had already been PAID for online, it would’ve been a simple hand off. Yes I did get there after closing…6:01 to be exact…and not to sound entitled but honestly how hard would it have been to hand off my already paid for print project? I had just spoken to an associate so you knew who I was. Is it that hard to show some humanity and be a little accomodating. All three employees, including the guy I had just spoken to, ignored me as I waved outside the window in the rain for about 5 minutes. A woman finally came to the window and said no they weren’t opening the door. I was very disappointed after driving 25 minutes (17 miles) to get there. Shame on the three employees that worked 4/8/23!
