DO NOT BUY HERE. THE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT. I RECEIVED A DOA ULINE ICE MAKER AFTER SPENDING $65,000 IN APPLIANCES. WELL ACTUALLY FIRST THEY LOST ONE OF MY ICE MAKERS SO I HAD NO ICE MAKER. SIMULTANEOUSLY ALSO HAD A BROKEN WALL OVEN DOOR WITH A REPAIR HAPPENING 8 MOTNHS LATER AS THEY FORGOT TP ORDER THAT PIECE. WE MOVED IN AND TURNED APPLIANCES ON IN MARCH 2023. I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE APRIL OF 2023 AS THE ICE MAKER IS FULL OF WATER AND STILL HAVE NO REPLACEMENT. I WAS TOLD I NEEDED A REPIR BUT THE UNIT IS ALSO FULL OF MOLD FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS. I DID NOT GET REPLACEMENT PARTS WHICH I LATER REFUSED TO ACCEPT WHEN TEHY DIDN'T COME BUT I ALSO NEVER GOT THE REPLACEMENT UNIT I WAS PROMISED OVER TWO MONTHS AGO NOW. SHARI AND JOEL ARE A TOTAL JOKE. BUY ELSEWHERE. YOU CAN GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANYWHERE AND I REPEAT ANYWHERE ELSE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 7 MONTHS FOR THIS PROBLEM TO BE RECTIFIED. MY BUILDER ALSO TOLD ME HE HAD A NIGHTMARE WITH ONE OF HIS OWN APPLIANCES NEEDING REPAIR AND THAT "JOEL USED TO BE GOOD" GO ONLINE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. I DID HAVE SOME DAMAGE WITH AN ONLINE APPLIANCE PURCHASE WHICH WAS RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY BY SOMEONE OVER THE PHONE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY WHO ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. OH YEAH AND I AM YELLING IN CAPS. I AM FURIOUS!

There was a guy in the parts department who helped me find a replacement aerator for my Moen faucet. I wish I knew his name. I was so out of my element trying to fix my faucet, but I brought my end piece in, and he found the exact right match and he didn’t even charge me for it! He was so kind and was an answer to prayer with what had been up to that point a frustrating process. Thank you!

Shari is the bomb, she is very knowledgeable and honest. Pointed out many non-obvious advantages and disadvantages to selections.There was no time pressure during our appointment.Yes the prices are high this is not Lowe's or Home Depot.

Walked in the store, not one person acknowledged me, other than someone sitting at a desk, who said “hello”.I’m looking for a total remodel job, so I was in the store for over 40 minutes, with 2 other customers walking around. I gave up, and headed on to the next store on the list. I was very disappointed because this was the best showroom.

If you want customer service, then this is not the place. Told person at the desk what type of item i was looking for, she pointed in the general direction. I looked around, had some questions but no one came. Went back to front desk and requested help. She came but wasnot knowledgeable about the different features. I would think if someone is interested in spending$$$, customer service would be a priority.

Lots of options on display. Some, of course, are not currently available, but when we ran into that issue our sales assistant Jessica was able to find us a similar product. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We ordered several appliances from Ferguson. One appliance was ordered last October. Still have not received it. We have had four changed delivery dates. I don't blame Ferguson as they don't control the company that manufactures it (don't buy a Bosch). What I do blame Ferguson for is their poor customer relations. We don't get any info from them unless we call to see where the appliance is. Then they give us another date but don't give us any further explanation as to why the delivery date keeps getting pushed out. Wish we had not bought a Bosch microwave/oven from Ferguson. Another issue, our builder recommended them to us. When we went to Ferguson we expected to see all major appliance brands displayed. Nope. Only Bosch. If you want to see other brands displayed, better go to Lowe's or Home Depot.

Very little to no communication at the Augusta, GA store unless it is forced by the customer. We were lead on for weeks by an employee that our product would be in the next week, then the next week, and so on until it came out that the product would not be in for another 2 months.

Had ordered a fiberglass tub and waited almost two weeks only to have it come in with a crack and a corner broke off. From Home Depot,not Fergeson’sCalled Fergeson’s and had a better tub in three daysAcrylic,not fiberglass! For only 50 dollars more.My bath Remodeler could get to work as this fiasco with Home Depot had set him back.He said he would be giving Fergeson’s plenty more business after experiencing the difference.

Jessica warren saved the day for us. We had installers coming for granite countertops in 2 days and they needed the measurements for a kitchen sink. The one we had ordered from lowes was set on back order for 2 more weeks after promising to have it to us in 1 week. I called jessica and she ordered just what we wanted and had it delivered the very next day while price matching the big name stores too! We are very happy w our purchase and even more happy w the customer service and support from jessica. We had to do everything over the phone and email in 30 minutes bc of covid guidelines but she did it all perfectly and on time to save the day for us. Jessica warren is an asset to that company. Thank you jess.
