I had the most wonderful experience visiting the Flame Pro CSRA showroom. I wanted to learn as much as possible about electric fireplaces. The owner, Teresa Lantz was so knowledgeable in presenting the different choices. She was able to explain everything in detail and demonstrated the products they carry. This is a business that goes out of their way to service their customers.

Mike and the staff at Flame pro are always courteous, knowledgeable and so helpful. I recently had an issue with my logs going off for some unknown reason. I tried all I could figure to get them going again and resorted to calling for service. Mike was so very gracious in talking me through the process to get them on. He even followed up with a text later in the evening to make sure everything was working properly. You do not normally get this kind of professional treatment. I am so very grateful for their support and will continue to support them when I have another need.

Great experience here. I was interested in replacing my existing gas fireplace insert/logs. Tried a place on Broad Street & did not have a good experience. Flame Pro had a much better selection. Theresa was super helpful, & Mike who did the measurements & install was great. I'm happy with my purchase.

Taylor went above and beyond to help me when i had no idea what i was doing over the phone. Thanks to him my fireplace is working. Now i will have a source of heat if i loose power.

Hurricane Helene caused some damage to our chimney and apparently it was a good thing.
Mike pointed out that the work that was done on our chimney by a previous company was done incorrectly and noted that not only was our chimney not under code, but that it was not safe to use! The previous company never brought this to our attention. It's a good thing that we never used the fireplace, as Mike noted it could have caught fire.
The work that they did to our chimney was a night and day difference compared to the previous company. I see why the first company we hired are no longer in business and why FlamePro is highly rated!

Called today and after a few rings a very nice lady answered. I had a few questions and she explained it was her first day on the job. She took down my phone number and the questions I had. I can’t believe I got a call back from another employee that answered my questions on the same day. Honest customer service.

If 10 stars is the highest, I'd give FlamePro a 12 star review. Mike was knowledgeable, practical , and inventive. When he came to look at my Helene-blown-off chimney cap he understood the dilemma immediately and knew just what to do. He brought just one helper and an elegant boom lift and installed the new pieces I needed with no problem, despite my chimney being about 30 feet in the air atop a slippery, steep tin roof. He used what parts were still good from the blown-down mess to help save on my cost, which I appreciate. Indeed, his price was reasonable and well-justified.
In short, they are the chimney company I will recomment to all my family and friends!

My wife and I decided it was time to purchase gas fire logs for our fireplace. After doing a google search for local places to get gas logs, we found FlamePro! Theresa made our experience with them a good one, and we absolutely recommend them! We were greeted immediately upon our arrival, and were shown many different options of that would fit our fireplace. They were very knowledgeable and helped us make the selection that we would best for us, and then the order was placed. The turnaround time was very quick and we can’t wait to install the fire logs so we can enjoy the warmth all winter long! Thanks again for making our purchase and experience a great one!

We had an amazing experience with FlamePro, specifically Theresa! They were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had been wanting to purchase gas logs for our fireplace for some time but didn’t know we had a local place to actually see them. They told us which ones would fit in our fireplace and let us take time to choose what we wanted. We had them place the order and the turn around time was excellent. We can’t wait to install our new gas logs system and be able to enjoy the warmth of our fire place!
For those who aren’t in need of gas logs, they have so many options for fireplaces such as electric, etc! They also had tons of grills and grill set ups ad well!

We had a great experience with Mike and the folks at FlamePro. We added a fireplace to a room that previously did not have one. Mike was there every step of the way - from picking out the right unit, to getting the proper permits, to framing the fireplace, coordinating with our cabinetry guy, choosing marble and installing it, and helping us with questions after it was up and running. Highly recommend Mike and FlamePros. We love our new fireplace.

TAYLOR, CHAD AND STEVE CAME TO OUR HOME TO INSTALL AND VENT A NEW FIREPLACE INSERT. THEY WERE AMAZING. THEY WORKED AS A FLAWLESS TEAM, KEEPING US INFORMED ON EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING. THEY HELPED US VISUALIZE AND MAKE FINAL DECISIONS ON THE STONE FRONT ON FIREPLACE INSTEAD OF USING THE WOODEN LEGS THAT CAME WITH THE MANTEL. THEY CLEANED UP THE DEBRIS CONTINUOUSLY, AND MADE SURE THEY LEFT NO MESS, THEROZA AND TIMMONS WERE AMAZING DURING OUR PLANNING PROCESS IN THERE SHOWROOM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
