I recently had an exceptional experience at Food Lion thanks to Malachi. His deep understanding of his role shone through in every interaction, making my visit smooth and enjoyable. Malachi’s friendly and professional demeanor not only elevated the quality of service but also truly reflected his dedication. His knack for anticipating needs and offering insightful assistance is a rare quality that deserves to be celebrated. I strongly believe that someone of his talent and commitment should be recognized and promoted. Kudos to Malachi for setting such a high standard and making every customer feel valued!

The staff are always nice and the shelves are stocked except for my coffee and their prices are higher than Walmart

I work here at this job and shop occasionally, overall it's a good store. The staff is friendly and always tries to help, lines could be brought down easier, food is at reasonable pricing, and there is always some way to save money shopping. The only reason this is a four-star and not a five-star is because sometimes items on the shelf do not ring up at all, as if the item does not exist and they did not take it down. Other than that, I love the store as a whole and hope it improves to the full potential that it can :)

I have left this same review before now I love Food Lion I'd rather spend a little extra money at Food Lion then Walmart but the cashiers are so rude I just went in there she did not even greet me I talked to her several times never responded I said Thank you didn't say you're welcome and say welcome didn't say a word the whole transaction and as soon as I was done she got on her phone cell phone should be banned from all stores they make your employees rude

I quite enjoy this store, it gives you the small town grocery store vibe. The prices can be a little higher but they have a really good selection of brands and good meat and produce. It’s worth the cost.

Really impressed with this neighborhood store. The quality of their produce is very impressive, as well as the selection of Hispanic items including tuberous.
The store manager was helping at the checkout and was very friendly as well.

This is my second time being profiled at this store. Ive only went here twice. There is a difference between watching your store and maintaining awareness, versus having 2-3 people focused on one person. It is all too obvious and all too common and from different (caucasian) female managers. I would not recommend this store to anyone and i think a meeting should be held about this. It is not hard to manage a store while respecting the customers at the same time.
