I don't appreciate one of the workers squeezing behind me, damn near touching me to check out. Learn what personal space is. I was at the self checkout about to leave and another employee was talking to a customer. I was giving them time to move and another employee squeezed behind me to check out not giving me time to move. Learn to be patient and give other people respect for their personal space.. Not only that some of the people that work here are not friendly and some are racist. I've sat and observe how they watch black people at the self check outs and not white. This has been going on for years.

I've always love this Food Lion, thing are easy to find, and staff is great in, and I like the option you had be when checking out of y you forget our lost your card they allow you as a customer to manually punch in your card number an pay for your groceries...

Planned on cooking a ham for Sunday. No luck here in Waynesboro. So drove to Food Lion on 56hwy, found everything I wanted. Store is great.

Choosing Food Lion To Go has been the best ever. The process was great, and eased my mind from the beginning while placing my order online to communicating with Instacart (being able to opt out of replacements is a blessing) all up until receiving my groceries. Thank you all for everything!

I placed an online order, but two items were missing. When I called to resolve the issue, I was left on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and spoke to a manager named Cindy. I explained that my order was missing two items. Cindy incorrectly claimed that I had left the items behind, so I clarified that it was their mistake. She became upset when I corrected her, admitting she misspoke, but then lectured me for having an "attitude."
I spoke calmly and professionally and even apologized for any perceived tone. However, Cindy did not reciprocate the apology. When I pointed out that she seemed to be the one with an attitude and expressed my displeasure, she hung up on me. Food Lion claims that customer service is a priority, but my experience suggests otherwise.
