Do not use their service department!I purchased a 2023 Bronco Sport Heritage edition on July 7th, on 31 July the check engine light came on. I was able to get an appointment with service on August 2nd. I only got this appointment by going through my sales agent Ashleigh Dyson (who is the only person at that dealer who is worth anything). I was told that day that I would need a new engine and that it would take 2 weeks. When I called on August 15th I was told it would be ready in early september. At this point I still did not have a rental and was told that there were none available and that I was pretty far down on the waiting list. By the end of that week Ashleigh was able to secure me a loner. When I called for an update in early September I was told 2 more weeks. On August 18th I was told the engine was ordered and in early October I would have my car.Here we are and on Tuesday the 10th I called and was told once again that it might be a few weeks. I have spent $3764.25 on car payments and insurance in the 3 MONTHS that my car has been at the dealer - on a car that I cannot even drive. I drive past the dealer everyday on my way to and from work and it's sitting there, in the back of the lot. A beautiful blue Bronco just becoming a money pit. I will never again bring a car to Gerald Jones Service.

Had to speak w/ parts&service director. Last visit for repairs advisor lied about work that was performed that I requested. Glad that advisor Mike C. is no longer with them...he went to Fairway Ford....be aware.

Final update. Finally got my vehicle back after a 2nd round of fixes. About a wk ago they contacted my wife that they had a loaner in order to facilitate services on the vehicle. A picture was taken of the engine, the dealership refunded my money for the battery. They also completed the camera work order that was never completed in the first place. The experience went a bit easier the 2nd time, but that's because they called out for their cruel act of charging for unfinished work and pestering them about their wrong doing. At the end of the day. Be aware, you've been advised. Almost 3 months for what was supposed to be 2 wks to a month. The service reps will say anything, be aware of frivolous charges, check for work completed, check for work not completed. They have loaner vehicles there, so don't let them tell you otherwise. At the end of the day, take everything in writing and anything they say with a grain of salt.

My husband took his truck in for service. After it was there All day we got it and went home only to realize they didn't do anything they were supposed to no oil change and the tires were not rotated will never go there again. I took the truck to the Dodge dealership in Waynesboro Ga and guess what my tires actually got rotated.Services: Tire rotations

Worst service department. Took our 2014 Ford F-150 in for a grinding noise when the truck was just coasting at a low speed. We were told the transfer case was bad which cost us $2700 to replace. They called and said it was fixed but when we picked it up after paying for the new transfer case it was making the same exact grinding noise. They took it back in and found a shield not secured. After securing it the grinding noise went away. Now we have doubts if they misdiagnosed it in the 1st place. Did we pay for something we didn't need? Obviously the technician did not double check his work and did not take it for a test drive after replacing the transfer case. Either that or he just didn't care because he got paid. They lost our trust and they will never touch our vehicle again. All I have to say is word of mouth is a powerful tool!

Service Advisor Arlen came across as unsure of how to perform job related tasks.Made me feel insecure that my car would be serviced correctly. Mumbled. Difficult to understand. Not sure how to use computer program for service tasks.I came in to have phone synched to car menu and to be able to access music play lists and technician said I needed a new computer as original was not working. (Also key fob battery was replaced) An appwas made for me to have computer (or chip)replaced but when I arrivedpart had not been ordered and technician had to recheck/diagnose that a new computer/part had to be ordered. I was told I didnt have the "bumper to bumper" warranty I purchased and he had to go back inside and find my warranty. Basically I initially had car checked and was told what the problem was, then had to make an appt to check/diagnose car a 2nd time for same computer/part and make another 3rd appt to have computer/part ordered and replaced.I find this process repetitive and believe it shows incompetence abd wastes my time, technician's time, and causes mistrust of Ford. I had excellent experience buying car and now feel like I may have made a mistake. I do not want Arlen as my service attendant to complete this round nor any time in the future.

Took my 2018 Ford F-150 in for an oil change and tire rotation.supposedly they had it ready in three hours. Picked it up and they hadn’t done either one but they did put a new sticker on it. All the fluids were still low tires hadn’t been rotated or checked for the correct pressures. Even the oil filter was the same one. I called the service manager out and informed him, he could tell so he took it back in and done it right. This is the second time it’s happened since 2018. Not good business but at least the service manager got it right. ThanksService: Oil change

I called this morning and asked was it ready to come pickup and I was told yes. So I drove a whole hour to get and was told it wouldn't be ready for up to maybe another month. Wont be coming back here

Terrible service dept just don't even ! Had an appointment for 10 am on Friday to get a engine light checked . Dropped my vehicle off at 8 am ,should have known I made a bad choice when barely out of parking lot I get a text saying my vehicle may not be ready until the next day . My service advisor Thomas was notified when I dropped off vehicle that I had a warranty that I wanted to process repairs through . Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock I text service advisor Thomas to at least check on progress no reply , also called and left message with no response . Finally received a text message Saturday morning at 10 am saying my problem had been diagnosed and could be repaired that day. Called and spoke to Jennifer my new service advisor apparently I had been handed off . She said she had no knowledge of me wanting to use warranty and that everyone knows warranty repairs cannot be processed on Saturday! I call back around 11:30 Saturday to speak to Jennifer ( who is now completely unreachable) left message w joy asking if it would be possible to pick up vehicle and bill warranty company on Monday , as I need my vehicle for work on Sunday and Monday no call back ! I try to call the Now unreachable Jennifer again at 1:30 since I haven't had a return call no chance ! Finally at 3:00 I get a text saying my vehicle is ready for pickup I just have to call and pay ! I authorized no repairs at all ! Ridiculous! Why would I pay $ 900 for repairs my warranty covers insane right ? Called back for the 4 th time Saturday almost immediately after getting text only to be told service dept is closed . Would almost be comical at this point if not so infuriating ! Was able to leave message and get a return call from Troy ( service department manger ) at about 4 on Saturday, who was as helpful as his staff which is to say zero !! Troy (service manager) says the best they can do is wait until 9 am on Monday and hopefully help me then . What a joke !!!! No concept of customer service in the service department!!
