We got a GREAT deal on leather living room furniture, along with my kids bed sets. Our closing date changed several times and they were so understanding and flexible on delivery. 5 ? ? This is super high quality stuff at very affordable prices! We almost bought from giant store across the street. Thank goodness we went in here first!!!! lifelong customer here!!

I was in search for a pretty large dresser and didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg. Furniture outlet had a large variety of beautiful well crafted dressers for a fraction of the cost of other furniture stores I visited (plus the quality was better). When it arrived at the store they did a thorough inspection to find it had some damage. They called me immediately and ordered another one. They even gave me a free area rug for the inconvenience. I now have a beautiful dresser and rug for my room.

Very good customer service!12/7/23- got my delivery yesterday and yall they had the best delivery drivers- they worked hard and did a great job at installing my furniture. Sofa set about 1 year old reclining seats aren't even,even when all seats are in upright position and they came out and said nothing is wrong also one of the seats just sank on one end and they called it normal wear and tare. And they said to fix it I would have to pay for it and this set is approximately one year old and not used daily and it's still being paid for and I have to get it restuffed ?! It's my first and last time buying from them if that's all $5,000.00 gets you.

I bought a dining set for my daughter, it was wonderful, service and delivery great! That reviewer named Steven with a girls pic obviously is lying and never bought anything there. So sad people are so dishonest! Gotta go and buy a sectional from Furniture Outlet, bye bye Elly

We had a great experience picking out our living room set, the staff didn't pressure us like at other stores. We went with a sectional and coffee/end table set, that we just received today. The staff in store are great and the delivery guys were awesome. Will definitely buy more from them in the future.
