BUYER BEWARE,I purchased what was supposed to be a brand new sofa/loveseat set. The first day it was delivered, I noticed a problem. One of the seat cushions make a popping sound when you sit in it. I was told it would be picked up and "fixed." It was picked up and days later I had to call and track it down. I called to find out that it was fixed days earlier, but I was never called. Upon re-delivery and as soon as I set on it, it was obvious that it had not been fixed because the same popping noise and feeling in cushion was still there. I called the store and was told by Virginia that it was fixed and that the repairman was on vacation and would call me back when he returned. That was on June 24, 2022 and I never got a call and I still have a sofa with a busted seat. I believe I was sold a reject piece of furniture that looked good on the outside, but was damaged on the inside.LESSONS LEARNED:1. Virginia, the delivery men, and Ray the repairmen were nice, but at the end of the day, nice doesn't fix my sofa. Its a shame, because it is exactly the style and color I was looking for.2. READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU BUY!! -NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES!! Only repair attempts on furniture that cost over $2,000.3. I will not waste another penny at Furniture Surplus. I will look elsewhere to furnish my other rooms.

I got my marble countertop dining room table from here and 6 royal blue velvet bar stools with silver accented buttons for only 1,488.00 nice table great price!!!!!!

My experience here was great. I went just looking but ended up leaving with a dining room set and china cabinet. I could not beat the price and quality and I knew that since I was looking everywhere. This may be the last furniture store on earth that you wont have to wait 8-12 weeks for your order to be delivered (delivery is free btw). They set it up perfectly and even moved it around a few times while I decided how I wanted it placed. I had such a wonderful experience that Im considering canceling my Ashley order and going back to them for my livingroom.

I had been eyeing this furniture store for months and saying I was going to go check it out. Long story short, my daughter needed another bed(I am so disappointed) and I knew I wasn't going to deal with Farmer's Furniture anymore once I finish paying them(??♀️). So, I go to Furniture Surplus a couple of Saturdays ago, while out just riding by myself. Mrs. Virginia was very sweet, nice and helpful. I told her I was looking for a full size bed, white and I only needed the bed and a box spring. She showed me what she had in the store and what it looked like in white in the catalog. I left there that day with a paid in full, white full size bed and box spring. I picked it up yesterday. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I will write another review later to let you all know how the bed turns out. May even add a picture or two. Check them out, you'll be glad you did.

Virginia was great. They have a great selection and rock bottom prices. I really appreciate them and they even will only charge one delivery fee for multiple orders if you get everything the same day.
