Good people great service very reasonably priced but mechanics definitely need some more experience they fixed a problem on my sisters car but not the actual problem we were having. I do not blame them completely i blame the engineers who designed the car for not having any codes show for a faulty fuel pump but i do believe they overlooked a very obvious problem when the fuel hand and gas range are two completely different readings i would suspect the fuel pump or something to do with it like the sending unit or something would have a problem. It left my sister on the side of the road less than 30 minutes after leaving the shop. And yes they have responded with bring it in for us to look at it but i do not trust it to bring it back right now lol.

Apologize, it took me so long to post this review. I was going out of town and I needed a starter replacement on my 2014 Toyota Tundra Truck. I called all over Augusta and received outrageous prices, as high as $2,150.00. Not to mention, some shops told me it might take 2 or 3 weeks just to get in. That's when my brother-in-law told me to call Garry's on Peach Orchard Rd. They told me to drop my vehicle off anytime after 8 a.m. or use the key dropbox. I dropped my vehicle off at 7 o'clock in the morning. My starter was replaced that evening by 2:15 p.m., not to mention the price was the most reasonable I received. The staff and mechanics were very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Gary is a reasonable and sensible guy to work with. Pricing compared to other shops is far better with a great turnaround time. I can't recommend this shop enough from simple to complex jobs!
Recommended several people here who have had similar experiences. Great man who goes above and beyond for his customers.

Amazing service! Our vehicle would not start and we were heading on the highway home. It was Friday at the end of the day and we couldn’t find a garage to look at our vehicle and did not want to spend the night or weekend in town nor felt safe to head on the highway without knowing if we could turn the engine off after getting a boost. We told Garry our issue and he said they would take a look at it right away. Our battery was dead and although they didn’t have one in stock he told us to get one next door at the auto parts store (convenient for us) and he would install it for free. We were done in 15 minutes thanks to Matt who changed out the battery and got us on the road quickly. We are so thankful to Garry and Matt and their kindness. I would go back in a heart beat!

I needed my Alternator done and thankfully even though it was middle of the day they still found a way to fit my car in their schedule to fix it quick and have it ready before my daughter got out of school. And didn't take all day even looked out for extra problems I had. Coming back for my.next repair concern and I'm picky about shops.
