After our purchased new at Gerald Jones Honda 22 year old Honda Odyssey let us down for the first time after over 200,000 miles of family adventures we had a great experience purchasing a new 2026 Honda Odyssey with the help of Ingram Jansen. From contacting the dealership on a Sunday via the Jerald Jones internet website to let them know our broken Odyssey was on it’s way from Conyers Ga on a recovery vehicle thanks to AAA, to the new purchase, Mr.Jansen was very professional and spot on. Everyone at Gerald Jones was great and easy to work with . ALTHOUGH, $8000.oo is crazy for a transmission for a 2004. Thanks to all.

Took my 2019 Honda passport service oil change and tire rotation ,well day before I had a nail in my time went to discount tire have a repair. They told me to bag it in because it was on the driver‘s rear tire and so they pulled the tire off the rim, patch it inside and plug the outside so the next day I took it Jones Honda in Augusta They supposed to be giving me that service oil change and tire rotation so I picked up the vehicle and I noticed the next day I went to KJ and I noticed the tire was still on the same side they never did rotate my tires , but they charge me Can’t trust him. I called the Honda supervisor and service and he said he can look at the camera and tell weather he changed the tires but I I called back. He already had put my money back on my card. That’s because they never did rotate my tire.

Donald Ivey always seems to temp my wife into trading our current Honda for a new vehicle. His service is spectacular! Like any other time we visit to view a vehicle, we have the tendency to leave signing paperwork. Our last visit was great. We have a New 2025 Honda Pilot and the dealership has a 2022 Honda Pilot for sale.
