My husband and I went to this location (Bobby Jones) of GNC on September 1st around 2:30. The sign on the door said it was open. Their website said it was supposed to be open. The doors were locked. We waited a few minutes to see if anyone was going to open the door because perhaps they're in the restroom. Nope. No one was there.

Myself and an older gentleman waited for over 45 min for store to open. I understand you might need a lunch break but give a return time to reopen as a simple courtesy.

Third time is not a charm. I enjoy the location because I can pop by after shopping next door but the majority of the time the doors are locked and no staff in sight. Stood there for twenty minutes this time and even called before giving up. I'm considering cancelling my pro membership since I can't seem to ever use it in store.

I’ve been three times now to try and get supplements around 9:05 and later. Every single time the doors are locked. I’m not sure the point of advertising hours if you don’t follow them. I’ve waited until 9:15 and still locked. Ridiculous. For anyone reading this, just go somewhere else.

Went here to pick up my online order. Sloppy handwritten sign on the door says be right back, 15 mins later…still waiting. And no telling how long the sign was up before I arrived. Please do not have business hours if you are unable to commit to those hours. Thank you

This is the second time I've came to the store and couldn't purchase my item due to the staff. First time he closed the register before closing time and this time a goofy note was left on the door be back at 6:50pm smh GNC do better!

I went in here n talked to Alisha great gal showed me the sea moss n back bean oil n i gotta tell ya first the stuff gave me tons of energy lowered my blood sugar and took the pain in my feet down from a pain 10 to a pain 2 this stuff is wonderful n for 2 mo ths to spend 107.00 os a deal come get what u need on Bobby Jones GNC love this place....

Clean store everything you need for your health a weight loss to see in the store and if you want them to send the product that you buy to your home every month all you have to do to give him your email address and your home address I pay by credit card and you can get that product every month until you stop it

I've been going to GNC for a number of years and have always received great customer service. Today was an exception since there was no acknowledgment until I approached the register even when the employee was standing right next to me at one point. Won't be visiting this location again.
