This Goodwill store is well-kept and clean, with a really nice open wide driveway for easy dropoffs. It offers lots of interesting books, CDs, and many brand-new items, with almost always some nice finds. The staff is usually friendly, helpful, and provides excellent customer service. Some customers note that prices can feel high, comparable to retail, and that section signs may not always match the merchandise layout. Overall, it is a convenient and pleasant location for donations and shopping.
They charge way too much for the things they get for free
August 2026
Store closed and reopened. Items are stacked in totes hard to shop like that. Prices are high. No color for the week.

The Goodwill in Augusta (close to the Burn Center) is the best one I've ever been to. I live in Jackson County. Ga and have been to almost every Good will in North GA. None of them can compare to the Augusta goodwill. The way it is set up is very appealing, and has HUGE selection of Christmas decorations.
