They are stores that sell things more expensively than in the stores themselves and I have had to look at clothes with their original tags from the store that donated them and they sell them the same... so what is the help they provide... that can't be possible ...

You need to get a grip on the high prices on so call junk.when you charge more for a dented old crockpot than you can get new.Augusta Ga sucks.get with the program or close.They don’t even clean the junk up.better a fast nickel than slow dime.

So apparently since Covid 19, GoodWill does not exchange items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! My question is WHY are all sales final when they never washed any clothing items before Covid 19? Most stores exchange or refund clothing now!
