Stop pricing your items like you’re some hot shot specialist. Everything is donated to you and you make 100% profit off of it. Who cares if some idiot finds a deal and resells it at a higher price online? Let them take the time and energy to do that. I don’t come to goodwill to pay $25 for a pair of bowls or $100 for a very used bike that happens to have a nice brand name you think you saw a nice price for online. Heck, today there was an electric guitar that was priced a whopping $10 below brand new. Y’all have gotten ridiculous. I come to goodwill because I DON’T want to pay those dumb prices for somebody else’s cast offs. I’ve been trending away from here for some time, but I can’t imagine I’ll be shopping here anymore. So disappointing.

Waited in line for 20 minutes, I had one shirt and when it was my turn the cashier left and didn’t come back for another 10 minutes.

I just don't appreciate the HIGH prices when I can get new clothing for less in a used store.....it's over priced

My partner took a few pieces in to try on, when he opened the door to show me, we were talking about alterations we could make to the clothes when the lady in charge of the dressing rooms said we either had to either have the dressing room open or closed or they would kick us out. After my partner went back in to get dressed I witnessed the lady knock on a door looking for an open dressing room for another customer. She repeatedly knocked on a door even though a woman already responded to her, she began opening the door. I spoke up and said the room was occupied but she looked at me with an uncaring stare and opened the door wide to show the half dressed woman in the middle of changing. The Lady began scolding the woman for the number of items she was trying on and insisted on keeping the door open to watch them get dressed even though she asked multiple times for her to close the door because people could see her. After she finally closed the door she began shit talking to another employee about the customers apparent bad behavior.

We went last week (Feb 13) and the store did not look as good as it does today. I don't know if management changed or if an employee took it upon themselves to reorganize everything but it looks great! The electronics and the dishware shelves were so organized and easy to go through.

I came to the store five minutes till they closed looking for a DVD for my baby real quick just to look at a shelf which will take no more than two minutes and Security approached me and I asked him if there was any more DVDs anywhere he says me and mom Security I said OK do you know any more DVDs? He said Security I said OK and then I went inside and I said you know he was rude to me and he said oh I’m gonna show you rude Which is technically a threat and I should be calling the police

The store is not as clean or organized as their PR images show. It is dirty and cramped, with very few home items to choose from. However, it's a great place for tops and shirts; that's all they seem to have there

First let me say I'm an avid thrifter!
I USE to Love Goodwill until this thrift store that claims to give back to the community and claim to be doing all these great things for the community is selling use products so Expensive! And then have the Nerve to ask you to Round Up your Change after they have already over charged you. Now to why I'm here. On 5/18/24 I went into the Goodwill on Washington Rd one of my purchase was a wireless speaker. I was hesitant about buying it, However! The guy who was a play manager assured me that it wasn't a donated item and that like any product that I walked into an electronic store to buy it was all good. Ok! So I went ahead and pay the $22.99 I got home plugged it up I'm all excited it came on music is playing. Ten minutes later it's saying battery is Low! This thing is plugged in why is Battery Low! I tried plugging it to my computer and every outlet in my house No Damn Dice. Now I've lost appetite I'm no longer excited about this Buy! Next day 5/19/24 I took the speaker back to Goodwill. I politely ask for the Manger she came over I explained the problem and all I got from her was a Shrugged Shoulder! Excuse Me! I won't accept that from you. Then she Brought another person who claimed to be a manager to explain to me it policy that they cannot Exchange any New Products. The oneA be Manager that sold me the Item tried to get it to work still No dice! Because I don't collect Junk I left it in the store. They can go ahead a resell a unless worthless product. Shame on you Goodwill!

Check your receipts. I itemize my receipts once I get home and I noticed I was overcharged on 2 items. A $3.99 tag magically became $4.29 and a $5.99 tag magically became $6.29. I am sure this is due to the overall price increase throughout the store but wait until the items are tagged properly to charge the higher amount. Very dishonest. Only positive part was the fitting room attendant actually came by when I was waiting and asked if I needed in; this had never happened before, I’ve always had to hunt someone down.
