“Absolutely amazing studio especially for this area! So clean and nice and the instructors are amazing. My only reason for 4 stars is they really need to add more 7am classes to the schedule. 5/6am is too early, and 8am is too late for those who work so they need an in-between option!”

“CrossFit 1209 will probably forever be my favorite CrossFit gym. They gave me a family and motivation while I was away from home. I joined because I was in rut after being away from home for two months (military training) and I’m leaving three months later, stronger and wishing they could come back with me. The coaches are all fantastic and encouraging, along with everyone that is part of the gym. I will miss my 1209 family❤ and strongly recommend Crossfit 1209 to anyone looking for a great environment to grow in.”

If you don't have a sponsor, you CANNOT get in by just paying for a day pass on your own.Wanted to share that info for those that are traveling from out of town looking for a place to work out.Otherwise, seems like a great place and the two students who helped me out at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating.
