My stay at the Hampton Inn Augusta/Gordon Highway was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your establishment. Unfortunately, I found the house service to be extremely unsatisfactory, making it the worst experience I have encountered in my years of traveling. I was compelled to provide the front desk with a detailed list of tasks for the housekeeping staff to ensure basic cleanliness. Additionally, unpleasant odors permeated the rooms, and the constant noise from guests residing in the above floor—particularly children jumping and creating disturbance—disturbed my peace both day and night. Regrettably, due to these circumstances, my stay was far from enjoyable.Noteworthy details: Housekeeping is terrible.

Spend the extra $30 and stay next door at the Homewood Suites.Room wasn't available until 4pm. Water went out in the hotel shortly after. It's not that the water was out (because I was told this was "city wide" so the hotel had no control over the situation, though colleagues who stayed a few miles away did not lose water) but how the hotel handled it that infuriated me. While the water was out, I was down in the lobby headed out for dinner, and I watched the front desk staff checking in new guests without even a word about the water outage. I asked for a bottle of water but was refused. There was no posting for people to see in the lobby. There was no plan to offer guests refunds or facilitate transitions to other hotels. The hotel's management should have been up front with those not yet checked in, offering refunds or free cancellations, and should have been working with other hotels in the area that did have water to facilitate new reservations (this is a Hilton, isn't it? There are at least 5 Hiltons within a few miles.).Thankfully water came back on at 6am the next day, before a big day of meetings (for which I was in town), so I was glad to get a shower, pack up, and be on my way. Then there was no shampoo in the shower dispenser...

We Just got checked in 9-27-2023 and went to look at the pool and hot tub, guess what the health department closed the pool. We wouldn't have stayed here if we knew that, and we booked it for 4 nights.

This place is horrible. The room had visible mold and smelled like it was mildewed. The pool was thick and green unlike the beautiful pool in the pictures. In town for a baseball tournament and would have liked to cool off at the pool, but it wasn’t even an option. What a joke. Don’t pay $1 to stay here. The place is a health hazard and should be bulldozed down. Any pictures provided are a complete misrepresentation. There are plenty of other hotels in the area to stay at- take advantage of that.Rooms: Had two rooms. Both full of mold and mildew.Noteworthy details: There is no pool. Please do not plan on it.

We picked this hotel for being close to Ft Gordon. The breakfast was lacking for our stay, but the room was very clean. We did not have any issues and would stay here again.

Everything was perfect! I checked in on 7.20 and stayed for one night. I got there around 8 or 9. The check in was smooth. Every person working on the night and day crew the next day were absolutely nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

Kendra, if it's her name..Unprofessional...She tried double charging me on my debit card..I called my bank to comfirm...My bank explained the to Kedra that works at this Hotel..The money processed...She explained how it didn't show on her end...HTF!!! Soooo my bank is lying..I don't think so....She already did not greet me ,once I came in..A customer caught her attention, she finally acknowledged me...Just for her to double charge my debit card...I will never book at this location...Always check your account..People steal credit and debit card information....

The front desk makes you get your own towels downstairs. Housekeeping needs to be scheduled 1 or 2 days prior to getting services. Hotel is charging same prices from pre covid but with employees now so they use those excuses. Room towels are also exchanged with swimming pool towels. Recommend staying at another hotel.

They get 5-stars because the staff alone is worth it. Some the most friendly happiest hotel staff I’ve seen. Super friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Price is right. Breakfast is decent, nothing awe-inspiring but good enough to eat and warm.

On 6/09 or 6/8, I contacted the hotel and booked two rooms. I doubled checked with the clerk about the credit card I had in my Honors account. She assured me it was the right one. She provided the total for each room ($124.00. / the number was close to that). Less than 10 minutes, the hotel called and told me the cost was wrong, the manager our date (06/12/23) was $20 more each room.On 6/12 around 3pm I received a call and message that my rooms were cancelled due to the credit card would not take. I again asked about the card, again explained the numbers are the same but the expiration date was different than the one on file. The lady on the phone (very nice and professional), made the changes and said it took this time. She updated the reservations. Upon arriving, the front desk staff were great. Big smiles and a pleasant greeting. We got our rooms. All was good except a sick left under the bathroom cabinet and the shampoo was empty. Sorry for the lengthy review, but I want to make sure it’s all not just negative. I will continue to stay at Hilton hotels

In all my years I have never been in a hotel so accommodating as this one. Chick-Fil-A could could learn something from this staff. They have a plethora of beautiful women as representatives, but nothing is more beautiful than the beauty of their spirits to assist the customer. There is one who stood out among the group of wonderful ladies...LILLIAN.When my colleague and I arrived on Sunday at 2pm, he had forgotten his gov't credit card of which is required to be shown when checking in since he didn't have the app. She explained if he would pay via his phone (using his gov't cc) he would be okay. She then proceeded to help him configure the app and walk him through Google Pay which saved the day since we were 580 miles from home.Additionally, I thought maybe I could check in since all my stuff was in order but to no avail because room 200 wasn't ready yet. So we went to lunch at Catz Kitchen after conferring with Lillian and her colleague. We returned right at 3pm (I indicated my check in time was 4pm in the app). Lillian then moved me to room 105 and my colleague to 102 which is where I would have preferred to have been in the first place even though I said 4pm on the 2nd floor. We were only to be here for one day, however we ultimately needed to stay an additional day after discovering we could not perform the function our job had sent us here to perform until the following day. Unfortunately, my colleague had already checked out of his room at 7 am. So we returned at 9 am only to bring our problems to "Ms Reliable"... LILLIAN! She didn't even fret, seamlessly she put my colleague back in his room and added the additional day. She didn't share with me exactly what happened, but she appeared to be having difficulty extending my room (though I hadn't check out yet. Possibly, it was slated for someone else?). Nevertheless, she worked her magic and miraculously I was back in my same room for another day.I could go on with more about this stay of how they, Lillian and her colleagues, helped me use the washer and dryer electronically (via the app) and restored the Business Center computers for use for me. They are an incredible bunch of sweet-spirited ladies and their customer service skills are unmatched. I'm still here at the hotel writing this and don't checkout until tomorrow. I just had to tell everyone. If you want a great experience...The Hampton Inn Augusta Gordon Highway is the place to stay. WHERE YOU GET MORE THAN YOU PAY FOR!Thank you,Fred H
