I always love going here! It usually takes me a couple hours to look at everything and catch up on what's new. The store layout is super easy to navigate and I rarely have any trouble finding what I need on my own. But, when I do need help, it never takes but a minute to find someone who has all the answers to what I want to know!

Tools and pricing are great, but every time I come in this location, the line is long and the managers never come out and help shorten the line. I’m standing in the line and the MOD helps the cashier with one transaction and returns to the back and just lets the line keep getting backed up instead of helping right quick. Customer service is more than just helping customer’s directly with problems, but also getting them thru you cashier lines as well.

First time I've ever been in there I had no issues but I was with my sister and her husband he had to buy a few items the cashier was weird she asked him to pull his buggy around so she could scan the Box instead of reaching over scanning it so he did what she said she went to walk off he said you're not going to ring it up she said she rung it up but she's going to get somebody else to wait on him and we found out from my sister because he moved his buggy around like he was told the Box accidentally bumped the cashier and she would not wait on him that was unprofessional

I will never be doing business here again!!!The products they have sold have always been not the best quality but you expect that with the price but my last few times I have bought from here the products are horrible!!! I have had to take back everything and then they charge you a restocking fee unless you want another one. Why would anyone want a replacement for something that I have to bring back to the store because it breaks soon after using?????? Spend the few extra dollars and go to another store that will stand behind the products they sell and not try to steal money from you for returning their junk!!!!
