I could not be more pleased with my experience from Havertys in Augusta, Ga!
From the moment I walked in the door, the service was exemplary. Angela assisted at first and then brought in Lex to work the design for multiple rooms in my home.
Lex first came to the house for measurements and to discuss options. The next week, I went in for a very well put together presentation from Lex and Angela. Everything was taken into consideration properly, from my homes current style to my personal tastes, and inspiration from Lex's expertise.
Almost every element of the presentation was purchased and the design implemented.
Delivery was prompt and installation was supervised by Lex himself!
I cannot reccomend Angela, Lex, and the Havertys store enough if you are in the market for quality furniture; but most importantly, a sales and design team that put their heart into making sure you get the furniture and the design you want.
I've already been back to the store for accent pieces at great prices!

I was disappointed by the lack of customer service today shown by the salesman, Richard. We were basically told to just look around and ignored when we told him we’d like to see sectionals. He hung out in the front of the store chatting with two other employees so we left.

We had a great experience over the weekend working with our associate Julanka Jones. She took the time to show us how our new furniture would look from a floor plan set-up, and also helped us decide the color scheme for the pieces we were buying. Everything was easy & seamless. 5 Stars!!!

JJ was incredible and patient and extremely professional! We were out and about yesterday for furniture shopping to redesign our living room- started and ended at Havertys. With her guidance on building our room with the dimensions we have and setting the furniture into the diagram to give us a visual of the space. We are coming back today to make the purchase with JJ! She is exactly what we needed as we were stumped on where to go with this room. We are thrilled with our experience with JJ and Havertys! Thank you!

With a strangely shaped living room, I have tried for years to decorate appropriately and meet the needs of my family. Finally, I stopped by Haverty's and was met with exceptional customer service and Kyle and Emily who listened to my concerns and offered the free visit to measure my living room and put together a 2D and 3D plan of my living room with their suggestions. They showed up on time, took their measurements, understood my space and my needs, and then had everything drawn up and ready to present to me in three days. Their suggestions were spot on and I immediately made a purchase that day! Today, my items were delivered. I cannot be more proud of my beautiful living room and I cannot believe how easy the whole process was and how professional the staff at Haverty's Augusta was throughout. I 100% recommend this store with a huge shout out to Kyle and Emily! They know what they're doing and they are experts at providing caring service. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Havertys Furniture and Penney was an amazing sales associate. Upon entering Havertys, Penney immediately greeted me at the door and gave me on hands on assistance. I told her vaguely what I thought I was looking for and she helped me learn my style, color interests, space esthetics, space measurements, etc. Furniture buying can be daunting for the uninitiated, such as myself, but Penney quickly bolstered my confidence with her professional expertise.
I never felt any pressure to buy and I surprisingly enjoyed myself in what could've been a stressful experience. She let me lead the conversation and ask questions as she guided me across the showroom to see example furniture and color combinations fitting my interests. Once we narrowed down the options, Penney created a virtual model of my living room and arranged the furniture in different arrays. Her software program and virtual furniture is to scale, so if you bring in semi-accurate measurements of your space, you'll know with confidence everything fits and works together before you buy. Although not necessary for my situation, Penney even provides in-person home consultations, where she helps you design the space from start to finish.
My items arrived within two weeks of order. I actually came back and bought more stuff before the delivery date, so Penney bundled my previous shipping order together and everything arrived conveniently together.
The delivery folks were courteous and will setup your heavy furniture wherever you like it. I just showed them the virtual mockup Penney sent me, so they simply matched the picture. So easy. Everything fit and looked exactly as I expected it.

This was our second time purchasing furniture from this store and the attention and service was outstanding! Angela, our sales associate, was attentive and helpful without being pushy. Overall was a very pleasant experience.
