I was greeted at the door and Kyle was nice and polite. I told him I was just looking and he asked me to let him know if he needed something. He found me about 20 minutes later and checked on me. I was okay, still looking. I left the store for about a hour while I decided on what I was going to do. What I loved the most about this experience is he gave me space and time to move around without becoming my shadow. I made sure I found him when I went back in to make the purchase because I did not feel pressured or hounded when I was there earlier. Thank you Kyle for a most wonderful shopping experience today.

We have shopped at this Havertys many times, and have always had a very pleasant experience. They have gone above and beyond to help us find the perfect pieces of furniture for our home. They have great quality furniture that you won't find in many furniture stores. Thank you Havertys for making our house a home!

Sloan Hensley was our sales lady and did a wonderful job of showing us what we explained to her what we were looking for. She was very patient in us visiting three times before making our decision. Ask for her if your looking to buy furniture.

Kyle Stafford greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and was extremely helpful showing us options that met our requirements. Kyle was professional yet friendly. He was honest and upfront regarding the sales they would be having over the upcoming months. And his knowledge of what the store offered was exceptional. He made the entire process from start to finish extremely easy for us. I highly recommed requesting him if you are looking at Havertys in Augusta GA.

They’re currently hiring for delivery drivers, i call to check on the application process & the lady at the desk was so rude. Told me “ They aren’t hiring “ when clearly your website says other wise. Im just a young Veteran trying to set an example for the younger generation.

As I made my way around the show room floor, out of the blue I was asked did I want to check out clearance items in the back as if I couldn't afford the normal retail prices. Customer service was embarrassing to say the least.Update: Management reached out quickly to assure that I was ok and to apologize for any discrepancy on their end. Maybe the customer service isn't too bad after all. I've been a customer for three years now and I love the quality of the furniture, I mean it's Havertys so luxury is to be expected... hopefully the quality of customer service can match going forward.
