I made a reservation online and turns out they didn’t have the car I made a reservation for. When I came in the staff was lowkey rude and very dismissive. There was no one there except for one employee nd no customers btw. The lady said they only had suvs and I was like okay that’s fine and idk she just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I wanted to get out of there quick. As I was leaving I was trying to put in my navigation before taking off and the lady that worked there got inside of one of the cars that was parked behind me and was honking at me to move. Like as if she’s in a rush to be somewhere like girl a little patience please. I’m just glad I was able to get a rental but the service completely sucked.

The manager said I need full coverage insurance on my personal vehicle to be able to rent a car, which according to Hertz's website is incorrect. Also at no point in my reservation did something state that I needed full coverage insurance. The district manager needs to look into this location because the manager just lost a $450 sale.

I made a reservation online yesterday to be picked up at the auto shop tomorrow. I was not contacted confirming my reservation-- I had to reach out several times, only for them to ask me what time I was going to pick it up... How can I pick it up? Just go to enterprise.

Great customer service. The gentleman that took care of me was all by himself and did a great job with getting me on the road. Also, I thought it was really cool how they repurposed a bank. What a great way to repurpose an old structure.

I rented a Vehicle from this location, because my vehicle was in a accident. The representative Denzell was helpful, kind, courteous, and he did his best to get me in a vehicle at the time I needed one. I will Definitely rent from this company again.

The Employees of This location went above and beyond there duties,to get My Family in a Vehicle. My wife was in a car accident. Denzel (and the Team) worked with US Every step of the Way. I will DEFINITELY be Using there Services Again, Thank You Guys!

It’s a good place to get what you need. I got the help that I needed. I will say the only reason why I gave a 4 star review is because the car that I rented reeked of cigarettes. Kinda got bad headaches from the smell. Nonetheless, the car was nice and the employees were kind as well.

10x better than the airport location. Pick up, drop off, car type -- everything went smooth and fine. Plus, they even answer if you call.

I went in concerning a much needed rental due to accident due to state farm driver. I went in with everything but denied me due to credit. Very bad due to circumstances. No rental place should go by that when there was a accident concerning state farm driver. Now I'm paying out of pocket cause they couldn't provide me with car rental. And on top of that not a friendly staff that seemed to care while I was there at all

I have had multiple rentals from this location over the last two weeks while waiting for my car to be repaired after a collision. I was notified Friday afternoon that I needed to come to the office to pick up a registration sticker because the vehicles registration was expiring in six days. Because of work, I could not pick up the sticker before closing, and was scheduled to leave out of town early the next morning for a week. This location is 30 minutes away from our home, and out of the way of where I was supposed to be going. Wanting to make sure I got this done before leaving out of town, I explained the situation and asked if there was a way I could pick it up after hours, but they said no. I asked when they opened the next day, and was told 9:00 am. I adjusted travel plans to pick up the sticker at 9:00 am the following day. Here I am, at 9:34 am, and there is no one at the office. The entire thing is locked up, with no employee in sight. I’ve waiting for someone to show, and no one has come. We were not the only customers waiting, either. We tried calling to leave a voicemail, but there was no answer and the mailbox is full so we were unable to leave a message. I have no choice but to leave, and now will be driving a rental with an expired registration.
I have had two vehicles from this rental location. When picking up both my previous and my current vehicle, both have smelled of smoke and have not been cleaned well. While the staff is friendly, there are a few areas that need improvement.

This is the worts Hertz customer service I have ever experienced. Staff refuses to answers questions, they sound like they don’t want to be there and simply rude.

Came in to pickup reservation and was told it wasn't available multiple times. Was told another reservation made after mine was waiting for pickup. Called to follow up and was lied to saying that it was picked up. Unprofessional. Prejudice
