Chase was rude as hell, wouldn't honor my gift receipt and damaged me tag(maybe on accident) Why are returns so difficult now? Within the timeframe, all the tags still on and I can only exchange? Don't buy clothes for gifts here ??♀️ If they can't fit them and can't find their size their stuck with the clothes.

I normally shop very well at H&M but today two employees in the men department, Andrea and Gia were literally two of thee rudest employees Ive ever experienced! Rude in approach. Rude with attitude assisting in the dressing room and ringing up our items. How do you get mad bc items are in the dressing room that was used before us or that the person before us didn’t hang them on the return rack. PAY ATTENTION! Check after your customers. Rude in professionalism. Who sucks their teeth and huffs continuously. No “thank you”. No greeting. Rude in using their phones while customers are on the floor. I would LOVE to speak to a head manager to go into detail of our experience. We spent over $300. & truthfully if my husband wasn’t excited to up his wardrobe I would have returned every piece IMMEDIATELY!

This is your standard H&M store. This one is a pretty good size and has the usual departments. I was able to find a cute baby onesie for a good price.
