we found everything just fine but maria was really rude. we were trying to be as patient as possible and even kind to her but she seemed frustrated with every item we had. i know some items are small and its hard to see sometimes but theres no reason to make your frustration so apparent to your customers. and then telling us to be patient when we said “its okay you can ring them all up for the original price its fine” like we were trying to be nice. idk maybe she was just having a bad day but as someone thats been in customer service for 6 years i know you shouldnt take that out on your customers. i was just really disappointed with the experience. completely ruined our moods honestly

I was able to find what I needed but the checkout lines were ridiculous. Only 3 cashiers and each line had more than 4 people in it. Many customers had lots of items in their cart. They could definitely use some help up front.

Asked an associate if they had an item and was told they did not carry the item. I keep looking, and I found the item about 3 lanes over. Associate was no help.

Lot of stuff but no clear way to find items. Also the day I was there, they had 4 registers open and every line had 15-20 people in it.

Great variety of products. Found what we needed easily. Only complaint was that it was super busy and the cashiers were not in a hurry or very friendly. But people have bad days. Overall good experience

Just like michaels. Lots of stuff, but there is no way to find it. Walmart gives you the section number. Some of us can't spend hours walking up and down aisles.

I really enjoy this company but as I was checking out recently I had some florals and asked if this type was ever on sale and the cashier politely said no this brand never goes on sale. Just one question to the company why did you take the coupon away if you have certain things that never go on sale?When I finally reached a register and asked the cashier of there was a coupon, she looked at me like she didn't understand and never even had the courtesy to answer me. Poor customer service!

I went with my boyfriend to get supplies for decorating phone cases and doing crafts for a date night, looking for things such as beads, clay, charms etc., and at one point when I was ready to count the total of my items to make sure I had enough money (I brought cash as I’m a minor and don’t often use a card) my boyfriend brought attention to the fact that the workers were talking about me. First, as I was kneeling down with my calculator app open to add up prices, a worker supposedly glared down at me as she walked by and proceeded to whisper something to another and began laughing. I originally thought they were just joking about how I had to use a calculator to add everything up, but then the second worker started passing by the aisle several times. Back and forth, staring intensely every time. It made me quite uncomfortable. Then a man with a splint on his arm walked by us and said “How are you?,” which was a little strange, then he started a random conversation with another shopper at the edge of the aisle where we were. Here my boyfriend was already saying he was probably a manager. Come later we see the same man walking out of the back room holding boxes with no splint and a name tag. We hadn’t done anything? At first I laughed it off, but once it got to that point I didn’t feel comfortable. I almost went up to the worker that was stalking us and asked what her problem was and offer to have her search my bag, but ultimately I didn’t want to cause any more of a fuss. Once I looked and saw that they had no phone cases, I put back most of my basket, but their eyes were still on us whenever possible. I understand having concern about shoplifters (or whatever they thought was going on), but I felt a little harassed with their behavior—and although I know it wasn’t personal—pretty insulted. Other than this, the prices were cheap for things I wouldn’t imagine to be so low, and there was a great selection to choose from for crafting or decor, but regarding the environment I did not feel welcomed at all.
