The units are good but the website for tenants is a jumbled mess. Slow, difficult to use, even worse if you have multiple units. The employees were very helpful every time the website failed me though.

Melanie and crew in Grovetown ARE top notch. Always a professional and fun atmosphere…After a few years of using this facility and the Wheeler rd facilities , I decided to discontinue Storage use because of pricing.

The cost is well maintained, and the customer support is great. The only downside is the door on my unit did not cooperate at times but the bigger doors open easily.

Everyone was very friendly. I went to 2 different locations and the first location even recommended maybe trying the other storage sense cause they thought they would have the size and location I was looking for. Both places went above and beyond.
