Placed an order yesterday online. Within five minutes it came back cancelled. Called customer support and they redid the order. Told me it had to do with some items that had to be shipped by mail. My card now shows I have been charged for just those items. Was reassured delivery would be today. Waited all day no delivery. I have now been disconnected from the call center 3 times and was told my card didn't go through (but it seems to have worked for the few items shipped by mail.) I will not spend another dollar with any Home Depot ever again.

This has been such a horrible experience.... I come in and order a storm door to be place at my residence. I pay to have someone come out and take measurements, which is a bunch of bs within itself. I pay for my door and payment goes through successfully so HOME DEPOT has made my money. Contract calls and hour after expected arrival to say he has to cancel due to the rain. I understand your safety concerns for such, but I've had to take off from my job to make time for the door install. It was canceled so again, money lost because I didn't go to work. I have to again take off work whenever Home Depot decides to reschedule my installation. This does not sit well with me as I continue to work tirelessly for my income to have to lose it at the hands of incompetency of such a company. Manager Felicia at the Augusta location wasn't any help but I won't stop until someone has satisfied this situation to my desiring.

I hate this home Depot location. There are never enough employees to help out. They aren't friendly. The stock numbers are often very inaccurate as well. And they never have dog treats.

Rented a mini skid steer..everything went well until it didn't.The jack that was on the trailer carrying the skidsteer was sketchy from the start. But I took a chance. Well bad thing for me cause it broke off and I was charged 50.00 for a new one. But to top all of that. I was charged an additional 71.00 for apparently bringing it back 4 hrs later than the time allotment which is an absolute lie. I was there well before the store even opened. I called the store and by chance the guy who closed out the ticket is gone and now I have to call the corporate office to discuss money that was stolen from me! I'm definitely calling corporate. And you better believe i or anybody else I know will be buy jack from you guys. Now to update. Talking with the manager. Nothing has been resolved and Home depot refuses to accept responsibility. Please people. Find somewhere else. Don't fall victim like me. Just know this if nothing else. This isn't the place to rent tools no matter how badly you need it. You're told one price and the price you pay is astronomically different. That's why they place a larger amount of hold on your credit card. Ridiculous!

As a disabled person my husband took the day off that was without pay to be available for the scheduled home depot delivery that was scheduled for 2/11/25 between the hours of 6am-10am On 2/10/29 @ 5:32pm I received an email stating that my delivery which was 30 sheets of drywall, 83 cases of flooring, 2 toilets etcetera was not going to be delivered until 2/12/25 with no time window. The Evans store male "Service Desk Supervisor or Manager" named Jessie because he didn't know what his true title was claimed that it's nothing he can do and was just giving me a courtesy call, and gave no reason for the cancelation. Then there's the female "Charlie from the Augusta store who also was unsure of what she can and cannot do within her job description other than talk on the phone I was hanged up on 3 times without a resolution, was clearly lied to by customer service personnel. I will not be shopping at Home Depot ever again this is absolutely absurd how your personnel treat paying customers

The best Home Depot delivery I have ever made: I've delivered sheetrock to countless Home Depot stores all across the country. They're usually night time deliveries, and I always dread these because of slow service and terrible staff. It usually takes several hours. However, the night manager at this store had my truck unloaded very quickly with two forklifts. From arrival to untarping and unloading, it took only 48 minutes.
Thank you for the quick, friendly, and professional service.

I just picked up a shelving unit I ordered online and I was going to do more shopping but was so aggravated when the customer service rep Tammy slid it out she could she it was kinda heavy. Now I am 61 years old she says here you go does not even offer to help me put it in the buggy nor did she ask if I needed help putting it in my vehicle. I went to pick it up and the buggy started to get away from me then she held the buggy and still did not offer to help pick it up what poor customer service! Do better training home depot!

Randy at the service desk was so helpful. I really comment this Home Depot on having a great staff. Thank you Randy for going the extra mile for me. I’ve spent nearly 20k since she helped me. I’ll definitely continue.

If there was a zero star, I would have selected it!!!!!! I went to this store to purchase a new Trager Ironwood 885 and they only had the floor model which was dented, scratched, and missing the controller knob off the front of it. I decided that I did not want to purchase that one at full price (who would?) and instead I went on the app as saw that there was 7 available for delivery. So, I ordered it through the app for next day delivery. The delivery driver did not show up? (that is what the store told me when I called asking if my order was going to get delivered on time). So, I rescheduled for the following day. That morning still did not hear anything from them so I called and drove to the store to pick it up myself. Low and behold it they were trying to SELL me the same dented, scratched, and BROKEN floor model that I saw a few days before. This grill retails for $1,499.99 and I included all the accessories. The manager would not speak to me regarding this issue and the only "resolution" was they can order one off AMAZON and have it shipped to my address. They couldn't get one from there supplier or from Trager themselves!!! This is just wrong! Trying to sell a floor model that is OBVIOUSLY defective as NEW is robbery. I told them that they lost a customer for life! The Aiken location is much better and was willing to assist. 10 out of 10 experiences from the Aiken Home Depot. Would NEVER return to this store as long as it is open!

It's 1:13pm 12/26 I just left this store from picking up a spark order and that will be the last time I ever visit a home depot again. The customer service rep (mikayla)was rude and refused to communicate with me whatsoever. When I walked up to the counter to be helped and told her why I was there she stated to the other CSR working the pick up counter with her "they are on my nerves" and went and sat down. I had to ask her if anything else was needed from me. The guy working the parking lot collecting carts was the best part of my experience. Very sweet and helpful. He deserves recognition.
